Always great here. The sandwiches ALWAYS look so good. Never smooshed or messy. Every time, they look nice like in the commercials. Always fresh ingredients and always hot. They actually salt their fries too. Which I LOVE. The employees are always very kind and pleasant. I never have to wait long. Though, I do use the mobile app.

I’m always leary of late night dining, afraid that the food will be stale…not this Steak and Shake!! Our food was so so good!! Sandwiches and fries were all hot and fresh! Best Reese shake ever!! Manager was hard at work at the window, all employees were nice!

Have you tried the Butter Steakburger? It. Was. So. Good. I can’t remember a burger ever tasting this good. I ordered it loaded and added sauté onions. The bun had a buttery seasoned mix of something on the bun that made it OH SO GOOD. The fries were hot and fresh. They have the kiosk ordering stations but they were very easy and you were able to order everything exactly like you wanted it. Steak-N-Shake also received a bonus point for serving Coke Zero.

I have been getting chilli cheese dogs from steak n shake for literally 20+ years in Bloomington, and Bedford and this one on 10/6/23 at the Bedford Indiana store was the absolute worst most pathetic one EVER. It is like they said screw you and your money to me. Absolutely unacceptable, bad business.
