Listen, I love Wendy’s and before I write a review at least give it two chances if I’m paying $13 for a quick meal for large my fry should not be looking like this the place was empty. I still waited 10 minutes and I get soggy nasty fries that aren’t even filling up the container. I guess I should be thanking you for reminding me why I should not be eating out.

Lady at the counter is very rude I’m a truck driver couldn’t fit in drive thru when she finally did take my order and I requested to order out she said well that’s stupid why didn’t you use the drivethru upon telling her why she was still rude once seeing I was using a gift card the attitude worsened next time I’ll just pass them up as I’m thru here often and Wendy’s is a favorite of mine. Do better older lady with grey hair your rude!

Always go drive thru, don’t typically review fast food because it’s generally all the same. I have to say these folks don’t mess around. Service is fast, even if during lunch rush, solid service and food is always hot. ‘Preciate it!

Spend a lot at Wendy’s. Typically get their Baconator with no bun or their triple with bacon. And I ordered a double bacon order and there were no bacon on it. I had to come back into the store and get bacon on it and they gave me little pieces of scrap bacon totally disappointed.

I went there for lunch and ordered the $8 JBC meal. I had to wait at the speaker longer than I should have, and then at the window was at least 5 minutes. I just work right around the corner so my food shouldn’t have been cold. Not a good lunch this time.

All tables dirty, spill on the floor, empty ketchup dispenser, and had to wait for someone to notice us at the front and so did several other customers. While waiting up front we looked back to see one of the workers making a drink for himself instead. They forgot key parts of our meal (including dressing for a salad) several times and we had to go back up to ask.

This location used to be great. Manager Josh needs fired along with his entire staff. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, got to the window and the employee said they had 1 classic and 1 spicy left. Asked me if that was okay. I told them my girlfriend and I don’t like spicy so we pulled forward and waited 15 minutes until the manager “Josh” brought the food. Got home, both sandwiches tasted old, and my girlfriends was spicy chicken. The chicken looked like it sat on the floor for a month. I won’t be returning and I will be calling corporate and the health inspector. I worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years and this location is RIDICULOUS and deserves to be shut down. This is the 3rd TERRIBLE mistake in 2 months. Fire all the employees and completely revamp this store for crying out loud. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
