They literally take the order for one car at a time here, the whole drive through can be empty. You pull around and the lady puts you on immediately hold. I don’t understand why. This is every day.. lunch crew. Waiting process for everything in drive thru

Multiple times over the last few weeks, I’ve tried to go in during my lunch break. Myself and others will stand in the dining room at the counter for 5-10 minutes with no one even acknowledging that we are there despite them looking at us as they walk around behind the counter. Extremely slow service drive through and inside! I was only behind one car and waited almost 15 minutes in line for a value meal. Aside from a five minute commute from my job and five minutes back in there we only leave me five minutes to eat my food on my lunch break. The staff was rude. Also I will not be back.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, maybe longer, only to get finally get to the menu and be told that they couldn’t take my order right now and it would be at least 30 minutes.. Thats how this Wendy’s handles problems. They let you sit in the drive thru line hoping for a fast meal only to be told they can’t help you. Any well run business would send someone outside to tell potential customers waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time that they are having issues. Writing this from McDonalds.

This location is a joke! I put in a mobile order, got there about 10 mins later and got in the drive thru line like it said to do. I finally get to the window and the girl told me that I needed to come in. I get inside and they had just started working on my order. When they tried to hand me my stuff I told them that the drinks are missing. The rude lady plopped a cup on the counter and said “the machine is over there” If you go to this location don’t expect much out of these people. But also know that a mobile order means come inside and get your own crop order.

This is the worst Wendys ever. They advertise open until 1:00 A.M. When we arrived at this location at 12:10 they said they was closed. Management here needs to do somethings about this. Ever since Covid everyone has gotten lazy and using this as an excuse. Its time to grow up and do YOU’RE JOB!!!!

Was trying to grab a quick bite before work. They had a sign saying only exact change or card, which would have been fine. Lady at drive through mentions it again. Makes me wait a few moments then told me they aren’t taking any orders. At 10:00am in the morning. Should have opened with the “No orders” thing.
