It’s Wendy’s. So there aren’t super high expectations. What I want from a fast food joint is the following…

Polite service.
Food is hot.
My order is accurate.

All three things happened here today. I ordered the new Cajun spicy chicken sammich, a large order of fries, and one of the new frosty flavors, vanilla caramel.

I ordered on the app and set for pickup. My order was ready when I arrived. But it hadn’t been sitting a while. I know because my frosty wasn’t melted at all.

My fries were hot when I got home. Meaning they had to be right out of the fryer when I picked them up. The Cajun spicy chicken sammich is decent. It’s not as good as the ghost pepper spicy chicken Wendy’s had for a few months recently. And it’s definitely not as good as the honey hot spicy chicken sammich from over a year ago. But this was a nice change up that you really can’t get anywhere else.

I love that Wendy’s is constantly trying to think outside the box with their seasonal offerings.

The frosty was good. It’s a little different than I was expecting. I was thinking the caramel might be mixed into the frosty, like DQ does with their blizzards. But really it’s just a caramel drizzle along the inside of the cup and then yummy frosty is then poured in.

It’s perfectly fine. I like it. I’ll get a different flavor later on down the road.

All in all, a fine experience. Staff was polite, my food was hot, and my order was accurate. That’s a 5/5 for a fast food joint.

I made an Order online. It showed I paid 7.08 to my credit card. Went to the restaurant to pick up and my order was no where to be found. The manager called the lex-Springmill restaurant. They could not find my order. This location could hv sent me on my way but they said, no we will fill your order and they did JUST THAT! Hot and fresh food, exactly what I ordered! The entire staff was very friendly. Kudos to this location and may GOD bless you all with a double portion.

Every time I come here, if you order a coffee or something new on the menu they look at you like you have three heads. I almost cried because I was getting talked to like an idiot for trying to order a coffee and the lady said she never heard of it when I can literally order it on DoorDash or ubereats, but it’s like they can’t comprehend words said to their face. Make sure you talk real slow and if you’re getting a drink I recommend just ordering a fountain drink. Forget about a frosty unless it’s chocolate or vanilla cause they won’t understand that either. Employees were complaining about their pay in front of customers. Get to the car and surprise, food was also missing from our bags. Only thing positive I have to say is the manager is very nice and it seems he’s trying his best with the crapshoot crew of a staff he has. I feel bad for him honestly. Hard to make a business work when you have people that don’t even try to make it work. He asked his employee infront of our face if everything was in the bag to which she responded yes, when we went back in to inform him it was indeed not in the bag he offered us a free frosty which was very kind. Hopefully he can get a new staff and i believe this place will run a whole lot better.

Went to the drive-thru ordered five big bags. Person on the speaker talking to me was not talking very clear. All I got was your total is
Got to the window open the window hitting me my food then shut the window no thank you for stopping or anything. The atmosphere is not very pleasant. Ordered five biggie bags it was all shoved into two bags.

Stopped by the drive through. As soon as they opened the window we got hit with weed. It was 8:40pm. The boy giving us our food was obviously high and very confused about what we ordered versus what he rang up. Gave 3 stars cause the food got corrected and wasn’t horrible.

In the biggie deal,with 2 sandwiches,cola & fries. The double stack sandwiches had no lettuce,tomato or onion on it as shown in their picture of the double stack sand wich. I’m not going there again!!

Went through the drive thru to get lunch for the kiddos before heading to clearfork reservoir. Ordered around $30 worth of food ( I get that today that doesn’t get much) but when getting to the window they hand me a drink and a bag with only 2 small items in it. After letting them know this was incorrect, they fixed and I went on my way. Once getting to clearfork and getting our food, I realized how that one of the associates put a Chips and cheese container sideways in the bag upon which it opened and spilt all over the seat as it went through the bag. When I called the manager to let him know, He offered absolutely nothing to make it right other than chatting with the employees about it. Absurd! I will not be coming back to this Wendys.

NEWEST VISIT: 12-16-25.
Had to use the restroom and so glad I didn’t get anything to eat there. Cup caddy on floor (health code violation anything that is only the floor has to be 6 inches up off the floor. Toilet paper hanging on coat hanger in restroom not dispenser and the same butter knife by the toilet as a week ago! They had the soda machine open unattended and a child who was coughing and picking her nose was playing with the dispensers inside the machine!!! Photos will be posted!

I have been to the store multiple times and they tend to get items wrong or the food is old and cold. I haven’t really complained until today. I made a cash purchase for $18.92 and CHRISTY @ 11:38 am only gave me $1.05. I told her the change due was $1.08. She said we don’t have any pennies because they don’t make them anymore. I tried to explain to her that they’re still in circulation and still legal tender, and if she didn’t have any pennies , the law is to round up to the nearest five , which would have been $1.10. She yelled at me and said it’s only 2 cents and she’s been doing this since they stopped using pennies (so obviously I’m not the only one she has stolen from). Then slammed the dry through window in my face. I waited there and I demanded to speak with the manager. He seemed very uninterested and reeked of marijuana which he has many times before and did not make things right even though he had the chance to. I know this is a new thing of not using pennies, but that’s why I was calmly explaining what the laws are. The employee was disrespectful to me and so was the manager by not making it right. Plus my food was wrong and cold on top of it.
I called Wendy’s corporate customer service and the gentleman I spoke with said that he’s been getting a lot of phone calls about this situation and about stores/employees stealing money from customers. He also said that legally, I can call the police and file theft but I didn’t think that was necessary. And I wanted to go through corporate first. Theft of the amount of .02 is a misdemeanor but now that they made it federal law that you have to round up to the nearest five, that’s a federal law violation. He told me that all the employees being reported for theft are being let go, and I really hope that’s true. Not only is theft illegal but her giving me attitude making me feel guilty about asking for the correct change back was unnecessary.
I actually know Ken Cook from corporate office in Dublin Ohio and will be contacting him directly as well. Everything was caught on my dashcam. I am trying to give wendy’s a chance to fix this before goes viral.

Here is the federal law and guidelines as of September 9th, 2025.

FEDERAL LAW H.R. 3074 SECTION 2: NO EFFECT ON LEGAL TENDER.—Any one-cent coin that is minted and issued on any date before the date of the enactment of this subsection shall remain legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues.” The Common Cents Act require cash transactions to be rounded up or down to the nearest five cents.
