I want to complain that it takes a very long time to make an order here. It was in the evening, I was working part-time at Dordash, and then I went to this restaurant. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. The employees of this restaurant were constantly going somewhere to serve others. There were very few people, maybe five people, and I waited for my order for 30 minutes. The employees were constantly going somewhere. It’s unclear if someone asks something and other people leave. They come up and ask something. They are served first, but waiting 30 minutes for an order is too much. I will attach two photos of orders that I waited 30 minutes.

After a full day of traveling, we get home and order food on the McDonald’s app via Mcdelivery that is offered, our arrival time was 11 mins from 7:20pm at 8:00pm I called the McDonald’s and asked to speak to the manager, fortunately that was who answered after expressing my issue and concern I was then advised that there were no dashers to deliver, so I informed him that I would get dressed and be there to pick it up myself, I was not offered and apology or anything. When I picked the food up it was cold like it had been sitting for 30+ min, was absolutely horrible. My advice for the manager whom was managing the store on November 28th at 8pm, should of apologized and the store should not be offering the delivery service if there is no one to deliver and once this was realized by the manager and the fact that the food had been sitting for awhile, he should of offered an apology and at least the decency to take accountability and say that we will make sure that your order is hot and fresh when you arrive! I’m not looking for ANYTHING free, I’m looking for what I pay for with these inflated prices, a hot meal after a long day, but instead I got complete trash for food and inconsideration for service! The franchise owner should be very aware of the food and service that leaves the store they own.

I don’t know what has happened to this location but the past 6 months has been horrible. I shouldn’t have to pull into a drive through lane for anything with the exception of a cooked to order quarter pounder. I shouldn’t have to pull up to the cross walk and wait 15 minutes for a steak bagel. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 min in the drive through for x2 5 dollar McDouble meals….but yet here we are. A drive through lane that moves every 5 minutes and bags of incomplete and or incorrect food orders.

The service at this McDonald’s is subpar at the best! They should go ahead and put robotic machinery in there doing everything, be about the same level of help u get now! Really need to work on their customer service skills!!

I have only taken out twice but both times ended up feeding it to the wildlife. Food is bad news and so is the help. They seem so unhappy and I feel bad for them. Chick Fil A is so acceptional. Service and Food! I hope they improve but some McDonalds are better

I had a problem ordering with the app. The male manager somewhat blew me off. After a few minutes a female manager did help me.
My hamburger was pink inside. The fries were cold. It is impossible to get someone to help you at the counter to get condiments. I asked for two hot mustard sauces. They refused to give me the second. Ketchup was also requested at the same time. The employee walked off and didn’t give any ketchup. I had to yell to get the employee back to the counter. And she gave a attitude about giving me enough ketchup. If you are going to serve food you need to provide condiments.
The whole dining room was dirty. I will be going to the McDonald’s in Franklin from now on.

Had to pull forward and wait at 8:30pm for a couple burgers and happy meals. When the employee brought our food, I asked about sauce for my kids nuggets to which he replied “It’s in the bag.” There wasn’t any sauce in the bag.

Stopped in today 9/2/25 …. after standing at the counter watching a dysfunctional manager and 2 employees jabbering at the drive thru the manager finally came to the counter but ignored me (the next in line) to get someone else behind me their order. There were no napkins to be found, ketchup is behind the counter and nobody ever came to the counter to give us any. We were there 25 minutes and the entire staff seemed dysfunctional and unwilling to even do remotely simple task. 1 lady stayed on her cell phone and wouldn’t answer the simple question ” where is some napkins”… the manager lady doesn’t need to be managing anything, and the en t ire attitude of the staff seemed to reflect the managers position that I,(the customer) wasn’t her concrrn…..there were no napkins and waiting for those also took several minutes to get someone’s attention and it wasn’t busy at all…..the food was about as I expected from. Macdonalds but the service and cleanliness was very well below normal…..

No staff taking orders at drive thru, waited about 10 minutes then went inside. Few customers waiting to order and one customer complaining about food. I saw a couple of staff talking and the supervisor eating and laughing…. No one was preparing orders! There was no sense of urgency to take care of customers. The last couple of visits here have been really unsatisfactory. This visit cured us of never going back.

Horrible service. very long wait times. We left after 25 minutes because we saw people who arrived before us still waiting. As we left (without our food), i overheard a father telling his kids, “We could have gone through Chik-fil-A twelve times in the time it took us to get this food.”–>very true statement. Avoid this McDonald’s. The franchisees should be ashamed of themselves.
