Kalea was my waitress, and a HUGE crowd was in, so I expected service to be slow, at best. Kalea was SO kind, so attentive to us, and made any accommodations we needed even when she had a ton of tables! Our food was great, staff is always kind, and I ALWAYS request to sit in Kalea’s section if she’s working!

I’ve always had a great experience here at this BWW location. My family comes here to see a particular waitress who always makes sure we’re taken care of! Food is usually on point, service is always top no notch. Drinks stay topped off.

If I could leave -100 stars I would ! The server was amazing ! The manager and back of house need to be replaced ! I was served potato wedges and a burger with hair in it . The person who brought It out asked if I wanted it to be remade ?! Well yes I did ! 20 minutes after the whole table had their meal I was brought out either the same plate or another hair was in my food again . Afterwards , I was given a bill of $20 for mine and my grandfathers food . I never ate because I told the manager that at that point I didn’t want anything . The whole table had fries and not wedges ! This leads me to believe that back of house isn’t wearing hair nets and they don’t re make my meal that just scrambled things around . I would understand if the strand of hair even matched my hair color but it was black and my hair is brown.

Food is ok, but the service is terrible. Waiter acts like she didn’t want to be there and was just completely unhappy. The drink menu isn’t good anymore, and the atmosphere is just awful like they don’t want our business.
Came back after a year and the food is still ok. Again, god forbid that you are a paying customer. The prices have gone up and $9 for a tray of 12 fried pickles….

Food was just ok, mine was kind of dry and wasn’t hot. We had a group of 10 and 12% was automatically added to the bill.it was over priced in my opinion. TV’s everywhere to watch sports very very loud atmosphere

Really don’t know when they became such garbage. I’ve given them about ten goes over the last year or so, they’ve found a way to let me down every time. 3.5 stars at best. Update: Figured out why the overall quality sucks, management that’s been here for a couple of years is standing talking with their friends while I can see multiple servers hanging out at their own table, with multiple customer tables are looking around for them. Garbage management. ♂️ 2.5 stars, and that’s more than they’ve earned.

I have never really been a big fan of BWW and have been to multiple locations in the past, since moving to Cullman I thought I’d give this one a try and have now been back 5 time in the past couple months. The management and staff here are top notch, the food has always been very good, the service has been great and the restaurant is very clean. It’s the little things than go unnoticed in most restaurants which is due to the staff’s lack of care, things like dust in areas that aren’t readily visible (chair legs, backs of TV’s and fixtures on the ceiling) this is not the case here, this place is very clean and it shows, the glass on the pictures on the walls is also very clean which is also typically overlooked in other places. This attention to detail shows that management knows what they are doing and that they care, highly recommend this BWW.

Don’t be of color an take your daughter here on her birthday completely disrespect. They song happy birthday to a other family while walking in so I told them I would love the same treatment for my daughter. They told me let my waiter know so I did the whole time getting ugly looks from all the other waiters. So I ask for ✔️ an then asked when will they sing happy birthday she asked around an then told me they don’t sing happy birthday to people so I told them they just did for someone else why not my family. All I got to say is terrible never felt more uncomfortable in my life. So don’t be black an want them to sing happy birthday. They will tell you they don’t do it can’t make dis up.

Great place. The food is good, this burger is great, we’ve been getting it to go a lot lately, drinks are fabulous and the management is rockin awesome! Store is always clean and patio seating is fun. Staff is always professional and friendly.
