Every time I go to this Wendy’s something gets messed up. From the wrong order to moldy buns. Both doors to the inside are broken in some way. The tables are pulled from the walls and the seats are torn or broken as well. The workers are nice and friendly just make mistakes. The layout of the parking lot is also terrible with wrap around parking around the drive-tru. I recommend diving a little further to any other Wendy’s.

Sat feb 21 abt 445 pm. Went in to grab dinner. After waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes with some other older ladies looking for dinner. Nobody would greet us. Nobody would make eye contact with me. I ended up leaving. The place down the road got my money. And I will not be back to this Wendy’s again. Have some customer service. I’ll be right with you. Were short staff something. But nothing. I went inside cause the drive thru is slow all the time. Never again wendys. GET BETTER AT UR JOB!!!

Just got dinner here. Sat in the drive thru after being told to hold on. One car in front of me and I waited 13 mins to place my order. Food wasn’t messed up but that’s an insane amount of time to just place an order. Management need to be replaced or the whole crew needs replaced other then the girl that gave me my food. She apologized over and over but it seems to be a common thing at this location.

Everyday the lobby is closed at a different time. Today I tried to walk in, door locked. I go to the drive thru, say I’m picking up 2 orders, and they said I have to come inside but use the OTHER door. Obviously I should’ve known that considering the attitude I got. Speaking of, I walked in and said the names of the orders and got “I need initials.” In a shitty tone. What happened to thank you? Sorry? Do they not train these guys anymore? Embarrassing

Went into Wendy’s around 4 on Feb 3rd to order some food and was standing there with other people waiting to order with nobody helping. Decided to go try drive through because it seemed like that was all that was getting addressed. Then sat in drive through for about 25min for 2 biggie bags!

Food is just mediocre at best!

The management at this Wendy’s is just overall rough. Food is hit or miss. I’m currently sitting in the drive through at 7:30 pm because the dining room is locked.
