The wing flavors are really good… we got lemon pepper mango habanero, original buffalo and honey chipotle. The food portion is perfect. The only problem is…. We had nothing but over cooked wings. They were dried out so bad the bones were black. I’m not giving up on this place. I will try back another time and hope I get better wings.

I had ordered from here through uber eats. Considering I used a delivery service tgere may be plenty of blame to go around. I had ordered 16 hot wings but received 12 cold wings. While the restaurant can’t control the speed of the delivery they were like refrigerated cold not just cooled down to slightly warm I mean cold. Coupled with the 25% shortage of the order. When a menu states a quantity of 16 that is what I expect and paid for not 12. The wings I did receive did seem fairly large so maybe they felt justified by changing the quantity but they state a specific number and aren’t selling the wings by weight recieved if the menu says 16 peices that is what should be delivered. This was my first experience and possibly only experience with this restaurant but it wasn’t great. Also the order stated it was being delivered to the hotel Encanto there were no utensils or napkins provided. A few rather simple steps and they could improve dramatically by using a container that would retain heat; (maybe a foil box instead of the plastic). providing the proper quantity and including napkins and utensils in thier take out or delivery orders. Hopefully they can improve and you will have a better experience than I did.

Worst wings ever. No flavor, rude management and staff. I ordered these to be delivered. They forgot my drink and no napkins. I asked for an order of bufallo wings and they were not buffallo at all, looks like they just fried thed and forgot the sauce. The ones that my 10 year old makes are better, much better. I will never buy from there again! If I could give them a -5 I would.

If we could give a zero we would. My son received a door dash gift card as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. He arrived back at NMSU and tried to use it. He ordered and it took forever. It gets a notice his order is ready he goes to pick up waits 15 nothing talks to someone who puts the order back in he waits another 20 minutes when they come out and tell him they are out of wings. It now has been almost 2 hours and no food and no food and no refund. They gave him a tea what BSis this!

I ordered traditional bone in buffalo- overcooked and dry, and they gave me the smoked winds.
Fries were pretty much swimming in grease that tasted almost rancid.
Ranch dip was super watery!
