I have put up with this greasy spoon for several days. The employee conduct is deplorable. I was rooked out of a breakfast but I got a so what and no breakfast. Today it was a cup of cold coffee. Don’t come here.

Unsure if they’re there to serve customers overnight or if it’s an after party spot. You have better odds of hitting the lottery than having someone answer the drive thru intercom. This is an ongoing theme.

One of the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. These two girls were screaming and cussing at each other. Ignoring the three customers at the counter. Everyone in ear shot overheard the inappropriate conversation being screamed across the store and employee being bullied by these two girls. The sign on the front says “proud owners” I wouldn’t be proud. I would have shut it down forever ago. Never again.

this is what a steak egg and cheese bagel looks like that comes from McDonald’s. when I tried to address it with the manager all she did was last and tell me she needed a receipt. I wasn’t even trying to get it replaced at that time I was just trying to let her know what was going on in the morning time at the restaurant you didn’t even take the time to look at the pictures. I tried calling several times to inform them but no one answered the phone or return phone calls. I wish there was a way to get ahold of the actual district manager and let him know how his manager treats the customers.

Advertising ice cream cones on marquis menu BUT they ALWAYS say “our ice cream machine is down “. I went back later same day and ordered same thing. (Plain vanilla cone).. machine magically got fixed, but great..got my ice cream.. I work near by so it’s convenient to go there on lunch break. It’s been hot outside so I went back very next day. “No ice cream, machine is broken”.. how come on day shift the machine doesn’t work? How come it works in the evening. ?? This occurs daily. What’s the point of having an ice cream machine that operates like that?? It’s ridiculous. Stop advertising product you don’t or won’t or can’t sell! I can only give this McDonald’s 1 star the employees are so very rude & they never cook nor prepare the food properly it’s either cold or not completely done the employees that take your order & $$ at the drive thru windows & intercom are very unprofessional & so very rude I will NEVER give my service to this McDonald’s EVER again & my Uncle & I eat breakfast about 5 days a week so we’re very nice credible customers but we will take our business to McDonald’s on Winchester rd lex ky from here on out GOD BLESS & please take my advice & take your business to a different McDonald’s restaurant

This McDonalds is mean and rude. I told the manager what I was doing. I also told her of the rude treatment of cashier. Then the white woman older lady behind counter and the afro American female had very rude and bad comments made about me to my face. Then the older white manager Sent a customer over and he sits downtalking nasty to me. I be tried to getmcdonalds corp. I am very angry because I purchased a French Vanilla Iced Coffee from the McDonald’s on Russell Cave Road and before I could finish drinking it the ice melted and the plastic tubbing and all the particles from the machine came floating to the surface of the drink. I couldn’t reach anyone at the restaurant, and Corporate Office didn’t return my calls. Don’t think I am going to let this go because I am sure I have a piece of that plastic still lodged in my throat. I will NEVER go to that place ever again!!
