Don’t know what was up today, but the dining room was closed and they were only taking mobile orders. Did an order, but when I drove up they said there were a lot of orders ahead of us. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot waiting for orders. The first gentleman said he had waited 40 mins. The next might have been a larger order. Then finally ours came out after a 20 min wait. The sandwiches were fresh, but fries were only warm. They also missed one of our junior frosties, and gave us no napkins.
Hopefully it was just a staffing issue of some sort. Being more transparent and posting signs would be more friendly.

*WARNING* Wendy’s gave me raw chicken! The crazy thing is I did not even order chicken. Not only will they mess up your order every time but they will also give you chronic diarrhea when you bite into their juicy filet of raw chicken breast. See photos below. Don’t bother calling because they will not answer the phone.

There breakfast sandwiches are pretty good! The service was really slow. They were only taking one car order, and then not taking the next car order until the first one was complete.

I went to wendys this morning for a quick bite to eat and got a #2 no drink with a large seasoned potato. They had me pull forward ahead of the pick up window to wait for someone to walk out my food even though the parking lot was empty and I was the only one in the drive thru. The seasoned potatos were not crispy and tasted like they’d been sitting in oil. The worst part was when I unwrapped my sandwich to find mold growing on the bottom of my bun. I will not be back to this location. So gross.

If it’s young kids working the window and taking orders you’ll get a great meal every time. If it’s anybody older that sounds stressed out just get out of line because they’re going to mess up your order.

The staff was super friendly they were so ready to take our order that two of them was talking to us at the same time and being super sweet. The food was delicious and fresh. I never tried their breakfast before but after today I’m addicted. Kudos to the staff and this Wendy’s!

Used mobile ordering ahead of time, I live 5 min away & left immediately, it was 8pm on a Friday. Went to this location no other cars were in line and waited 2 minutes to even have anyone talk at the speaker. Then sat at the window 5 min before anyone greeted me, sat another 15 min to get our food. Our food was cold like cheese not even melted on burgers, cold old fries, cold nuggets, cold chicken sandwich. Didn’t have the right toppings at all on any of them, they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. No napkins and the cola was watered down like the machine needed changed out. The workers were not welcoming and didn’t care at all they were standing around and sitting on her counters talking and on their phones. I gave them a second chance and got the same results and they even forgot some of our food the second time. Update: gave them a third try and same exact experience as the first two. I truly believe the workers here purposely do what they can so people don’t come back, making the food wrong and bad like old, cold, wrong toppings, missing toppings, missing items etc, make you wait when there’s no other customers not even door dash orders, rude and unfriendly all on purpose to keep customers from coming back.
The supervisor or general manager need to be there to oversee what’s going on and teach these workers how to actually work, and or just hire people that actually care about people and job, workers should care the customer gets what they pay for (especially when it costs so much now)

HORRIBLE location. They have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. The girl at the window didn’t smile talk or anything, last I checked no one made her work as a cashier ant Wendy’s, there are plenty of other jobs out there. Also the things I asked for extra or not on my sandwich didn’t happen she just gave it to me as is. This place has been going downhill for a while, but DANG just shut it down jeez! Zero stars. Do yourself a favor don’t go there, driver further what ever you have to do because you will absolutely be disappointed. I see many other reviews like this. How does it have a 3.2? Look at reviews all recent ones are 1/ 2 stars and they make you out 1… Are they like paying google or something lmao if you are the owner of this place do yourself a favor and close this place or do something about how terribly ran it is, I’d be embarrassed to call something like that mine and say nothing to the customers who are clearly disappointed and paid for bad service or wrong meals. Pretty sad.

Perfect! It was our intending to call the manager Tuesday evening to inform them of how great everything was! Our expectations were minimal due to 2 DIFFERENT Wendy’s locations having failed us with the exact same order within 5 days of this order. But everything was perfect! The quality of ingredients, the portions, all items included. Our children even some to the perfection of the bacon on the burgers. It was all picture perfect and unfortunately we forgot to take photos quick enough to share but this one that’s dim, of a Dave’s Double.
