Paris Banh Mi is a cozy bakery and coffee shop. I usually come here for bubble tea and the vegetarian banh mi, and both are really good. This time I tried the coffee and pastries and liked them too. The place is nicely decorated and feels comfortable. The staff is helpful, and overall I’ve had good experiences here. They even have a claw machine, which is fun, even though I lost!

First time trying a Korean corn dog, it’s pretty good! The taro slush wasn’t my favorite ever but it was good and not too sweet. The chicken bao buns were delicious as well. Plus super friendly staff!

What killer little spot ! And crazy cuisine combinations. Asian food and French pastries. We had the baos’ the pork sandwich and a couple donuts to go. Everything was fresh and delicious

The pastries used to be good. Now they are advertising mochi donuts wich take up most of the shelving. They are definitely not mochi and not worth 4$ each. I am disappointed with the purchase. They where stale to boot. Also they should put a warning on how sharp the edges of their pastry boxes are.

This is place is amazing! I always come here. The workers are friendly and the owner is always here. Allie and Amelia had amazing suggestions regarding my Korean corn dog and my new boba flavor experience was top notch.

Located in the heart of Altamonte Springs, we walked from Cranes Roost for breakfast. When you walk in, the place is decorated so cute, like a Paris cafe. There is huge array of croissants and donuts to choose from if you want something quick to eat. They also have a beautiful array of desserts. Then, they have their hot menu with sandwiches, corn dogs, etc. They also have a large variety of milk teas. I got the taro milk tea with tapioca boba. It tastes the a nutty marshmallow—very good, very heavy. We got ham and cheese croissants and a pistachio croissant. The employee asked if we wanted them heated and we said yes. When we received them, they were not hot at all, not even warm. I’m not sure what happened there, but they were still tasty. I really want to try the Korean corn dogs next time! Staff was very friendly, too.

EDIT: I’m adding an edit to my review to add more information that’s responds to the owner’s response to my review. It is NOT TRUE that my food was cold because the employee was taking time making my drink. I DID NOT ORDER THE MILK TEA DRINK when I purchased my food. I ordered the milk tea AFTER I had already finished my food and made a separate transaction well after I had finished my food. I did request 2 water cups with my food order, but the employee did not give those to me when I went to the counter to pick up my food. She filled the water cups after I was already at the counter picking up my food. This wasn’t even a huge deal, so I’m not sure why the employee wouldn’t tell the truth. They just forgot to give me my food and it was cold. Period.

Take a trip to Europe the way it’s displayed – quality- —with Paris on the wall… flawless pretty pastries, great Korean cuisine, and an array of sandwiches, wontons, etc… and light bites … fresh baked pastries – delicious cheesecake, so many items -many and varied. I chose the half and half dog with cheese. (You choose the inside and then the out). I got potato pieces on the outside – I also got a lovely tea (many selections!!!) milk teas, regular teas… how much time will you have so many items to choose from there’s something for everyone. Loved that delicious cheese!
They give a card the 10th specialty tea on them.

Suggestion; give buy one get one 1/2 off on pastries and cheese dogs! Slightly pricey but it was a delicious lunch and fun experience.

Everything trash—I was really disappointed with my visit. The dough in my meal wasn’t cooked all the way through, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming. Definitely not the experience I expected and wouldn’t recommend.

7/31/25:
Highlights:
1. Cute Parisienne interior decor and atmosphere
2. Attentive and friendly staff

Notes on taste and flavors of what I ordered so I can remember why I do not want to order them ever again:
1. Matcha mochi donut: lacks the matcha flavor that I am used to from other popular places known for their matcha desserts. My daughter loves everything with matcha when we go to shops with matcha desserts but not at this shop. My kids sniffed the donut and said “it smells like vomit”. To clarify, the matcha donut does not smells like vomit, but the unpleasant smell sure reminds me of the kids’ milk when it’s near its expiration date kind of smell. The matcha icing is moist and it’s not so sugary sweet. The kids and I can’t get past the unpleasant smell.

2. The pina colada beverage was okay. I can taste the dominating milky taste and pineapple flavor but the coconut milk flavor is very weak. I will not be ordering that again.

3. My kids and I have always loved traditional French vanilla bean creme brulee. I ordered the creme brulee with mixed berries and was excited about it. The owner said it’s more like a cheese cake. I was worried because I told him my kids and I detest cheesecake. He said if we don’t like this creme brulee with berries, we can replace it with something else. It turns out okay for me. My kids did not like this creme brulee so I ended up eating it all. It’s not something I would want to eat again in this lifetime. The berries are too tart for my preference. The creme brulee texture here is just not that smooth creamy custard-like silken texture that my kids and I love and used to eating.

Overall, there was just nothing we ordered that stood out enough to make us want to come back again.
