Just got a Jr bacon cheese burger (what i normally get and like)and the lettuce was trash(they used to have such good lettuce) the tomato was so thin and white it looked like lettuce and the bun was dry, hard and tasted nasty.

Had just had the worst experience at the other location
Our food came out HOT and FAST!
The GM even confirmed that we didn’t need any drinks- to which we said yes and explained why to which she said she would personally tell the upper management as well.
We are 20 minutes into our 40 minute drive home and the food is still hot.
Thank you for a warm meal with NO mayo for our family!
I wish I caught the GMs name but the attention she gave is what you expect when reporting an issue. It’s not even her store and she worked to make sure we felt at the very least heard and taken care of. Thank you to her specifically

This incident happened last October but I have not forgotten about it for the simple fact that Wendy’s Corporation has not responded. I had ordered a single cheeseburger from the drive thru, and had brought it home to eat. I was really hungry so I was eating perhaps a little faster than usual. I was just getting ready to swallow a bite that I had chewed when I felt something on the back of my tongue that felt hard and did not feel like food. I had to cough up the bite because I came very close to swallowing it. What I found was a plastic tie used most likely for bun bags (see picture). I called the Bowling Green Wendy’s immediately at least 3 or 4 separate times but no one would answer. I looked up the corporate connection to report a complaint and did so. Twice. Never received a response. I wasn’t out to get any free food or anything like that. I wanted to make sure they knew about it, acknowledged it, and did something to try and prevent it from happening again so that no one chokes to death like I came close to doing. I was also going to keep this between Wendy’s corporate and myself, but not even responding has me wanting to put this incident on as many social media’s that I can find.

This location consistently knows how to ruin a meal. The food was worth the bad service, but after today I’m done with this store. Common sense isn’t an acceptable currency here. They don’t know the difference between hamburger and cheeseburger and they regularly leave out half my orders. The number of times I’ve had to call this store for a fix is unsettling.
