I stopped in for lunch had a hamburger and fries asked for fresh drop for the fries. My hamburger was made custom exactly as I wanted it it was perfect it look like the picture that’s on the menu Jackie did a wonderful job preparing the hamburger for me.
Jackie serve me with a beautiful smile. This is what makes my day when I come out and you’re greeted with a smile and people say hi and ask you how you’re doing and they’re generally concerned.
I was even greeted by the manager Sarah asked me how my food was this is a very good positive experience

Stopped for lunch. Stood in line good 20mins. As a paying customer, I had to wait in line to fill my drink to due to Homeless people rinsing water bottles & filling them with orange pop. Cashier couldnt hold her eyes open enough to care & she took a person phone call while we was ordering- Also you have to ask for straws & condiments- food was cold- restaurant freezing cold- dirty tables-chairs. I highly do not recommend!!!!! Get it together Wendy’s!

I am a regular at this Wendy’s location. But due to the experience and awful customer service I received on 2/18/26, I will not be returning. Poor management really does drive good-paying customers away. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Food was hot for the most part, however my Large Fry was barely half full, they were slightly room temperature, and the attitude of the staff was very negative. The Cashier lady in the drive through talked with a lot of sass and in a self-centered way, giving little care about my concerns. Then, when recieving my food i asked for extra sauce, the lady there kind of slapped it into my hand and said “have a good night” and rolled her eyes as she turned away from the window. This wendy’s has gone down hill. Placed an order for a single with everything including cheese. Received a single with just cheese and a piece of lettuce. Ordered a double stack with extra onion but didn’t have extra onions. Both the single and the double stack were dried out. These were not hot or fresh. Ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and was given BBQ instead. Went to get my drink and doesn’t look like anyone cleaned the fountain machine in a week. The counter had some kind of spill on it. Couldn’t order from the mobile app and I was told that’s not their problem. When I tried to place my order I was told by the cashier I had to use credit card. They couldn’t take cash and they were short handed so it would be awhile. Seems like their standard response was “that’s not our problem that’s a corporate problem”, when other customers complained also!!!!

Got the krabby Patty meal. Fries were good and that was it. Frosty was melted, I asked for NO pickles and they ONLY gave me pickles on the sandwich. Not even sauce. No plastic ware. no straw. Outrageous.

Food was very good other than the brownie batter frosty. The brownie batter in it was very gritty making it inedible. Staff were nice and place was clean.

They’ve clearly cut back on the product when they raised their prices. I haven’t had a spicy chicken sandwich in about two years. I used to eat them all the time about 10-15 years ago. I can’t believe how little chicken I got. I couldn’t even taste the chicken, just the breading on the chicken. The lettuce and tomato felt soft and wilted as well. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. If I order a $6.00 chicken sandwich, I expect to be able to see and actually taste the chicken like I could years ago. Like the picture on your website reflects. To pay almost $6.00 for that sandwich was ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind paying the price if you didn’t sell me half the chicken sandwich that I’m used to and that you advertise.
And as far as the service, why am I constantly saying please and thank you, but the cashier never does. They won’t even say you’re welcome. When I worked fast food, it was always please, thank you, you’re welcome, and have a great day. We smiled and were polite. These workers now will literally either ignore you or grunt as a response. Who’s managing these workers?!?
With that being said, I most definitely won’t be going back. Not even for my kids or wife. We work too hard to throw that much money down the drain for nasty, dry, old, damn near meatless sandwiches.

This Wendy’s really need to take a look at their policies and post them on the door as entering and on their mobile site. I have had it happen 2 times my mistake for going back . One the manager at the counter treats everyone In a very dispectful way whether your a student waiting for a seat to sit in or a senior they don’t want in their restaurants cutting out Senior drinks. On mobile orders and I side and charging 60 cents for a glass of water I was challenged by an employee why don’t the put a not welcome sign on the door and the menu sign with their made up policies
