Every place has its good days and bad days. It happens… Our first patronage to the rail house restaurant was actually pretty good! Morgan, who was our server, took really good care of us and went the extra mile. The French onion burger was very good, and if in the area again, it will be ordered! (Yes, it’s THAT GOOD!) My only observation is that my “ice was really good with the lemonade.” Outside of that? Thank you, Morgan, for making our first time there a reason for coming back.

This place smelled like a bathroom walking in. We booked the back room for a bachelorette party and I can’t stress this enough to NOT BOOK THE BACK ROOM. It was $50. The carpet was stained, there was a hole in the wall (covered up by a piece of paper) , and it reminded me of a bowling alley. You expect more when you pay for a private room. We asked for pitchers of margs, long islands, and beer and the server told us that they did not have enough pitchers to do that. We had to empty our water pitchers to give to the server to put drinks in them….Pizza was okay. The ranch had a black hair in it…Overall, we were not impressed with this place.

Food was excellent. The prime rib sandwich and the cod sandwich we ordered were exceptional. And a lot of food for your money. Our waitress was very nice and a hard worker. From what we could see, they looked a little short-handed the night we were there. We give a 5star to our waitress, but the overall service is only a 4star. It sure wasn’t her fault they didn’t have enough help. Definitely would be on our go-to spot if we lived in the area. We were traveling through. My daughter had eaten there once while traveling and recommended it to us. We were glad she did! We highly recommend this place.

This place is tanking quick. Ordered the French dip sandwich with onion rings for pick-up. What I received was dry, yet strangely rubbery, mystery meat on a cooked hot dog bun with no au jus. A hot dog bun with mystery meat and no au jus now passes for their French dip sandwich. The onion rings were under cooked and disgustingly gooey in the inside (with the exception of one skinny burnt one which happened to be the only edible one). How a cook – let alone restaurant owner or manager – would allow this type of garbage leave their kitchen is beyond me.

Had the Havana Burger 🙁 What a disappointment! Sounded good with a burger wrapped in ham then cooked. What a great idea! Couldn’t wait to try it! What you get is a plain burger with a cold piece of ham deli meat on top of the burger. This could be so much better!!! Flavorless 🙁

The food is gross. Over fried and tastes like oil has never been changed. The waitress was very rude. Should of known the service would be bad bc the table was not even cleaned and had to ask to have it cleaned. Waitress got an attitude with us and several other customers while we were there. We only ordered the appetizer then left. It was so bad. Never again will I waste money here. One star is too generous.

Great local pub. Lots of seating, and the menu selection is enormous. The food wasn’t fast, but it was very good, and the service was friendly and prompt. Would definitely go again.

The waitress had a strikingly poor attitude that influenced everyone at the table’s experience. She was also either blatantly inaccurate about drink offerings, or naive to the point she should seek alternate employment. The menu was pages long. They were masters of none. Not only was it poor in preparation, but so too in the quality of ingredients. Worst experience in a while. Please note that the folks at the bar were kind, and knowledgeable. Not enough to offset the face of our steward.

The food was okay. I got the chicken Alfredo and it was alright but nothing special. My friend got the chicken parm and the marinara tasted more like BBQ sauce and he hardly touched it. He says he was highly disappointed and it tasted nothing like chicken parm. Service was friendly and atmosphere was fine.
