We have previously had pretty good experiences at this location. Unfortunately I think this will be our last. My “premium chicken nuggets” had been sitting under the heat lamp after being cooked to death for hours(or they are the worst chicken nuggets ever). My pretzel twist had also been sitting for a long time and looked as bad as it tasted. I basically just threw my money away, because this food was inedible. I would highly recommend not coming here!

Ordered TWO Rt 44 drinks with LIGHT ICE and large mozzarella sticks. Drinks were FILLED with ice about an inch from the top. So all in all, I really got about two 16oz sodas and mozzarella sticks for nearly $18!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!! A route 44oz cup of ice from sonic is only 27cents. So ur telling me I paid $4.52 for 20oz of drink?!!!! that should be a sin and Sonic needs to give me a refund.

I contacted customer service to submit a complaint and they wanted my first and last name AND email. My first and last name is IRRELEVANT to honor my request for a refund. I gave them my email and pic of my receipt. That is all of the info that the needed. And bcuz I didn’t give them my last name, customer service told me I needed to go to the store in person- yet again, inconveniencing ME the customer. This is POOR customer service at its finest.

The photo of the cup of ice is after ONE HOUR of the ice already melted. And it’s STILL over halfway full of ice even after one hour.

My receipt does not reflect my request for light ice but my order was very clear at the time of ordering in the drive-up. It’s not my problem that my request for light ice was not reflected on my receipt. Again, poor customer service.

I’m deeply saddened that the service has gone down, I used to come here all the time but everyone is super rude, especially the general manager. I remember a young man by the name of Javi he always made me feel welcomed and cared for. I will not be returning and the patio was super dirty!!

Came through around 8 pm and they demanded I had to upsize my whole meal just to get a larger drink, which is whatever but on top of that my tots are old and cold, they didn’t cook my footlong on the roller it is all spotty and rubbery from being cooked/reheated in the fryer, the corn dog I got for my two year old is hard as a rock, and when I try to call them they refuse to answer the phone. Now I don’t even have the time to go back up there to ask for my money back because I have to get my daughter to sleep. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any sonic. I will NEVER be going back there.

I had the best experience ever. My cheese tots were so fresh, I think the Servers name was either Sam or Samaira but she definitely deserves a raise! She had a very positive attitude and a smile that was so contagious , it makes you want to come back. I ordered just a cheese tot the other day and it was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back! Every single time I come to this location I always encounter some type of problem. This evening I placed a mobile order and confirmed the stall number I was at. After waiting about 15-20 I called inside to see why my order was taking so long to come out. The girl claimed their system showed I didn’t check in. Also I have one daughter who is very picky when it comes to eating they got her order wrong if you look on the receipt at what i ordered and look at the picture of what I received. Thankfully I have another daughter who’s not so picky. I will not be coming back to this location.

We got lunch here. I got my child a hotdog happy meal. I gave him the hotdog in the container and we left we got to where we was going over 20 min away and he didn’t eat more than 3 bites I ask him why and he said it taste gross. I picked it up and it has mold on the bottom of the bun. I am not happy that my 5 year old took bites of this. I called the store immediately and they said come back and we can remake it for you I’m over 20 min away I’m not driving back for a $5 deal and to be inconvenienced on our day trip. The store says they can’t do a refund cuz it was an app order. I call the app and they said there is nothing they can do but escalate it since there was mold on the food. This is absolutely ridiculous, I am super frustrated with both responses. And even more mad that my small child ate this with mold on it, super gross.

I have already sent multiple emails to the email provided and got absolutely no resolution. This happened on 6/26 and it’s 7/3 now.
