Came through the drive-thru early in the morning ordered three bacon burritos one of which I ordered with no egg.
I was given two bacon burritos and a sausage burrito and all three of them had egg.
I called the store and Shelly was literally laughing out loud on the phone when I told her two of the three were wrong and she wanted to argue that she’s the one who made the burritos and they were all made correctly.
Shelly needs some customer service training.

This is got to be one of the most laziest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen I’ve been in here now on multiple occasions within the past 2 weeks same young guy working the front counter pretty much seems like he ain’t got a clue in the world on what’s going on and What needs and then you’ve got the three guys in the back trying to desperately clean so that way they can get out and go home and I imagine that you’ve only got one person Manning the grill probably a female by the sounds of it from what I saw which isn’t a big deal she just sounds like she’s done with it because she’s probably been forced to be there all day without any help. Greeting when you come through the door. Most of the time it’s a old manner are you doordash or dine in or to go as if somebody’s being a nuisance because they walked into the store. The productivity at this store is absolutely disgraceful and you’ve got people on the line eating? You know I’ve worked for a fast food chain most of my life I understand how stressful it can be but I also know when people are just being LAX because it’s the end of the night and they just want to go home. Hiring clueless register personnel that don’t do anything except pack orders and type in numbers that are not cross trained and can’t be cross trained is what I believe to be a waste of space especially when you act like you don’t care and just want to go home. Get it together Wendy’s like I said I’m not one to judge but I have been in here multiple times of the past couple of weeks and it’s the same routine I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my order you are a fast food restaurant be fast

I took my kids here for a frosty after dinner. For the whole car ride my baby was screaming so after getting the food I pulled in to a mobile app spot to feed and calm him. Just before we were about to leave a team member with a long braid came out to check that we were ok and that we received our order. Her kindness and attentiveness made the end of the trip with a crying baby much less stressful. Thank you!

Not sure if their intercom was not working but I answered the same question about 3x for the guy and he got very rude the last time he asked, I get being annoyed and busy but it’s not my fault you not hearing me. And lady who chimed in as I was leaving had the same tone. If y’all can’t handle being busy that’s on you. I just asked for 10 piece nugget 3x, pretty simple stuff.

This location has always been great but just recently, they went to taking orders outside. Similar to how Chick-fil-a does theirs during “busy hours”. This location specifically isn’t great for that as it only takes 3-4 vehicles to back up the line into the road on Main Street. I never did have issues when they were using the old method of ordering at the speaker during lunch time.
When I stopped today (8/13), the line was out to the road and very backed up as the time to take orders outside took longer than just at the speaker and making payment took up extra time. The payment didn’t go through on the iPad for them so I had to pay again at the window. Overall very poor experience and may have to rethink coming here for lunch or dinner.

Went through the drive through around 9:30 pm. They took about 3 minutes to take our order, I can understand tjst if they are short staffed. We pull up to the window and see a girl vaping beside the manager, they handed the girl some food and she took it outside to a waiting car. When she was heading back in she used her vape again. Never even saw her wash her hands. They didn’t put any napkins or straws in the bag, so my daughter went inside to get straws and napkins. The floor was disgusting and the girl was still vaping. Never plan on going back to this location again.
