We frequent Chili’s as they were one of the last sit-down restaurants with reasonable prices.. my main issue with this visit is that they have additional charges for kids meals that isn’t just on the “blue lagoon fizz” and desserts. Poor values and morals when places pull stuff like this. Service was slow, got meals before apps, refills were slow, and portion sizes were small. The waiter was nice and the restaurant was clean, but that’s about it. And the sad thing is, the restaurant wasn’t busy as it was an off time.

In the world of chain restaurants, Chili’s does not disappoint. This location in Fredericksburg’s Southpoint serves up delicious, freshly prepared food. I am a huge fan of their garlic parm wings which come with fries. Also, the ribs are spot on delicious. I enjoy the dry rub version and the house sauce option. And I must say that the Mac n cheese is even delightful considering that I’m a southern girl. It’s a white cheddar sauce based version and it works well as one of their premium sides. On my last trip I ordered asparagus and it was prepared perfectly with a little crunch. The wait staff greets you with smiles and are very attentive. I usually opt to sit in the bar area. This Chili’s is definitely a great option in Fredericksburg for a family night out, solo date night, after work meal or just lunch.

I decided to get something to eat while my little one was at a movie nearby. It wasn’t busy which was nice. Found a little place in the corner which was quiet. The server was very prompt and attentive the entire time I was there. I decided to order mozzarella sticks. When they came I was a shocked as to what I saw. Three gigantic mozzarella sticks. They were absolutely phenomenal. I normally get some form of chicken platter when I’m here, however I decided to try one of their burgers. It was a pretty good burger, with french fries. I was in and out fairly quickly which was nice, however it wasn’t that busy. I would definitely go back.

The restaurant was pretty empty, which we like. The service was good, and the food was good. We needed to kill some time while a friend was negotiating for a new vehicle, and the young man who took care of us at Chili’s was nice. He made sure our drinks were always topped off, and my wife said her street corn was EXCELLENT. I got the chicken crispers from the appetizer menu, and they were good. The area was nice, too. Stop in and give this place a try!

Our fab group of five strutted into this Chili’s joint after a parched-out event with zero water available to the guests – and guess who swooped in with the funkadelic vibes? None other than ROSS THE BOSS! He caught wind of our hydration plight and boom! Like a groove master, he kept the aqua flowin’, no refill requests needed. Talk about a hero walking among mere mortals! We indulged in mondo mozzarella sticks and regular-sized egg rolls, but our mission wasn’t about munchies – and ROSS THE BOSS totally grokked that. It’s like he had some cosmic connection, anticipating our every thirst whim (whether agua or cocktails), zippin’ in with drink ideas as our glasses neared the bottom, delivering fresh sips just as smoothly as the last round vanished. This cat even spun tales of order hiccups that night with pure class, blamelessly nodding at his fellow mixologist-in-training who jazzed up a couple of wrong concoctions.

I have to admit that I have not been to a Chili’s in so long. However, we decided to come here because we haven’t tried it. The best part about it was that everything was actually really tasty and the service was awesome. The one thing that I didn’t like about it was that everything was more or less fried, and 1,000,000 cal. You have to come and just accept that if you go to a Chili’s or an Applebee’s, that’s the food you get. Otherwise, if you want a quick bite, and don’t care if you eat greasy food, certainly swing by.

Decided to try the New Chili’s Philly and I was not disappointed, it was very tasty – I also asked for my French Fries to be extra crispy and they delivered – My husband ordered the Chicken Fajitas – He said he is never disappointed – Everything was great and the service was outstanding – We sat in the bar area and the bartender was our waitress – She did an outstanding job – We will be going back
