Food is decent, but the wait times at this location lately have been abysmal. It took us 30 minutes to get our order, when there was literally nobody else inside! They are extremely understaffed, they have like 2-3 employees doing multiple jobs at the same time. It should not take 30 minutes to get 2 small meals!!!!

Went 5 mins before breakfast ended. Food was fresh, good and service was outstanding. This is the best Wendy’s I have been to in a long time. You make Dave happy.

I was waiting in line last night to order and I stood in line for 20 minutes to be waited on. There were 3 associates and a manager up front that saw there were customers that needed waited on. I honestly just left. Worst customer service in my opinion. I probably won’t be back for a while if they are going to treat customers like that.

I got charged twice. The first time they told me my card didnt go through but then I showed them it did because it was pending. Then I just decided to pay the balance in cash and asked for a receipt just in case if the card charges doesnt fall off and I needed to dispute it. How hard was it to get my order right and give me the correct charge? Now I gotta wait with my bank.

The burgers were not cooked completely, the fries were extremely greasy. I am not sure if the location was short staffed that day or not but the service was not very good through the drive thru.

Just left there, March 5th, 2023 at 4:30pm. The lady that handled our food seemed as if she was annoyed, did not want to be there. Seemed to have bad social skills and manners. Ended up parking us for our junior hamburgers than did not give them to us aswell as our utensils. Had to go through line twice; food was almost cold by then too. Not a good visit.
