I worked in fast food for 20 years, so I understand that it is what it is, fast food. With that being said I do not frequent this Mcdonalds very often but when I do the fries are always cold and absolutely disgusting the McChickens are cold and the buns are chewy. I only go here out of convenience, so maybe it’s just because it’s always an off day for them when I go, but it is all a matter of opinion

I’ve never had any kind of complaints out of this McDonald’s I live super close to it. Use it at least bi-weekly or monthly. My orders always correct staff’s always cool food’s always fresh. Really have never had any kind of issues so this McDonald’s is pretty awesome in my opinion thanks guys I think you’re doing a great job

Had cheeseburger and fries and Dr. Pepper! This location didn’t have a ketchup dispenser so I had to ask for packets. They handed me four. Not nearly enough to cover a large fry. Get a dispenser please.

they’re not always open when they say they’re gonna be on the site, even on drive thru. they’re supposed to be the only drive thru in town open early in the morning, so i expect they piss a lot of people off. they don’t pick up the phone if you call to find out what’s going on or if they’re open, even if there are workers there.
possible plus: one of the last places in the country seemingly where you can rest in their parking lot in your car for an hour unperturbed. drive by here early in the morning on a roadtrip and have nowhere else to go? it’s nap time, whether you like it or not.
entertainment: if you have trouble sleeping you can watch cars line up to get their pickup orders only to be turned away

Went through the drive thru and got myself a 4b and the wife only wanted a drink and 4 piece nugget because she doesn’t get a lot of time to eat at work. I looked in the bag and everything was there, took my wife her nuggets and drink. She finally got to a point where she could sit and eat at work( little over 30 mins later) and there were no nuggets in the box, it was a small nugget box full of big Mac sauce

Well me and my service dog stopped in to this McDonald’s in Carthage Tennessee
I parked in the handicap parking got out with my service dog and was approached by an employee who asked me if I had certified paperwork for my dog
I told him no I don’t need to have it on me
My dog is AKC championship bloodline certified and right Just finished up phase one of his service dog training
But to find out through the government you really don’t need paperwork to prove that your dog is a support dog in many states so where McDonald’s gets off asking or anybody in the fast food industry gets off asking a disabled veteran for that is beyond me
I gave McDonald’s a five-star because I walked in with my dog and got him a plane ice cream sundae and split it with him and I ordered a nice tea The customers that were in there said that my dog behave very very well beyond their surprise I was so happy to hear that
So like I said I gave McDonald’s a five star for their service they’re great ice cream and sweet tea

You call this a bacon biscuit, NOT!!! I’m sure the CEO of McDonald’s would appreciate a bacon biscuit that looks like this. Haha. No wonder the workers can afford to be paid $12 to $14 dallors an hr.
