Had cheeseburger and fries and Dr. Pepper! This location didn’t have a ketchup dispenser so I had to ask for packets. They handed me four. Not nearly enough to cover a large fry. Get a dispenser please.

I ordered a large iced mocha with light ice through the drive through. When reaching to get my drink, I noticed it was missing the whip cream and chocolate drizzle. My hesitation prompted an annoyed “What?” from the worker. Bad start. I asked about the missing items and he rudely said “It doesn’t come with that. Only on hot drinks.” I told him, nicely, that my mochas have always come with whip cream and chocolate. I got another rude response. Looked it up. Yes, my iced mocha should come with whip cream and drizzle.

I gave 3 bcz the service varies as well as the quality of the food. Sometimes it seems the moral is low and the managers seem to usually be annoyed. And some times the food and service is great. But I do believe the moral in the management team needs some lifting. Plenty of opportunity here.

We go to this location fairly regularly. About half the time the order is incorrect. This morning we went and the drive thru and was wondering what took so long. After pulling up to the window the answer was clear. Both drive up girls were playing on there phones. I guess now we can get paid to play on our phones at work.

Clean bathrooms, clean inside restaurant, they are very short staff w/employees & have been closing way early as far as dine in lobby hrs. I do door dash & it’s been taking them forever to get the orders out & causing issues w/the ones wanting their food & wanting it while it’s still hot especially if that’s what they paid for.

I wish I could give negative stars because yes the food was correct but my debit card got stolen from this store be very careful with the employees. (How it happened, I have 4 kids I ordered them kids meals and me food I drove to the first window to pay never had anyone approach the window after sitting for 5 minutes straight so I pulled to the second window they gave me my drinks I told them I hadn’t paid yet because no one approached the window so a guy there told me I’ll go to the first window and submit the payment for you then bring your card out to you if you can pull forward for us till your foods ready. I said okay sure in the meantime I had 4 kids yelling I’m hungry where’s my food etc. They finally brought me the food and my kids got it from me I sat there for 5 minutes after distributing the food amongst them then proceeded to drive off and completely forgotten to look for my debit card. About 2 hours down the road I realized I didn’t have it and needed gas so I contacted this McDonald’s and managers keep saying we don’t have any debit cards here) I keep getting transactions reporting to my card thankfully I disabled it but still just don’t follow my footsteps I hate thieves.
