The cashier stands there with one ear bud in, to busy chomping away on the gum that he can not keep on his mouth. The fries where cold, if not over cooked, then to top it off the soda machine is so off that the carbonation isn’t even there on half the drinks.
The employees cuss like no one is on the store what so ever. I get that this is a small fast food place, but really….can we stop bring in high school kids that are forced to get a job.

For some reason when there’s certain employees that work here they want to charge 50 cents for sauce? I’ve been going to Wendy’s my whole entire life and never been charged for sauce, let alone 50 cents sauce. Are you serious ? I’ve never wrote a review for food and probably won’t ever again in my life. This is absolutely mind boggling to me that this Wendy’s on Coonpath road is the only Wendy’s to ever charge 50 cents for sauce. So my advice to anyone who thinks to come here, don’t.

Startlingly rude behavior from the angry young man at the first drive thru window. Got home to a triple that was meant to be a double, one wrong drink, and a baked potato that was so overdone that the inside was collapsed into hard chunks and literally inedible. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Wendy’s anywhere in the country…til tonight. There are PROBLEMS on this shift at that store.

Biggie bag with jbc and a sprite. Cold reheated by a lamp fries, old hard bun, no lettuce, had chz when I asked for no chz. No thank you/ have good day. Kid was too occupied by the girl in the widow on her phone talkin about her not going to school that day but she was at work. Also another kid sitting on his butt on his phone in the widow also. The price went up and the food got worse. Not any other customers, was not busy.

I understand why the spicy chicken is on sale, this is the asiago ranch with spicy chicken. Doesn’t even cover the bun, the size of their cheap chicken sandwich on a larger bun. Like a big processed nugget not a breast anymore. Wendys has gone downhill so fast and I am so tired of it. ✌️

Went through the drive through. Tried to order 2 gravy and biscuits and a large Dr Pepper. The woman first said so you want 2 sausage biscuits. I said no I want 2 gravy and biscuits. She then says so you want 2 pork and biscuits. I said no 2 gravy and biscuits. She then says so you want 2 chicken biscuits. I said no and a few other words and drove off. As I was going by the window I looked and the woman was laughing about it
