I will post the picture if I don’t get this resolved. The “manager” yelled at me husband. His friends were in front of my husband and he loaded the bowls up happily for them. My husband sees a small scoop of chicken on his bowl and says something. The manager then says “ get your food or get outta here”. When asked the managers name he wouldn’t give and was not wearing a name tag. So we took a photo. Someone needs to contact me before I go to every outlet I can about this experience. We spend so much money at this location and I can say we will never return. I will drive out of my way to another location so we will not have the disrespect while patronizing a business. Sadly, after looking at the reviews, I see that this is common practice here so whoever the owner is your employees are ruining your business and you need to do something. I want someone to reach out to me. Give me an email or a link or you will see my response to this everywhere you can imagine.

I ordered a “salad” and got it home to see there were a total of 6 pieces of WILTED lettuce in the bowl and the bowl was filled with liquid. This was a soup. Not a salad. This is completely unacceptable and inedible. I had to throw this entire meal in the trash. This Chipotle has completely gone down hill. It constantly gets our orders wrong or leaves something off. This is the last straw. I have tried contacting their online bot “Pepper” and have been completely shut down every single time. Totally unhelpful. I then called the restaurant to speak to someone about a refund and the automated voicemail was redirecting me to “Pepper” the online bot. Such a mess and completely ineffective! We will not be back. And I’m posting this to hopefully have someone provide me with an actual email address to and ACTUAL HUMAN that can help me.

As a fan of great service and the best reviews I must say that each of my family members have experienced on separate occasions the following: tiny scoops of food, service too fast that you can barely say what you want, low on food availability and smaller portions of food. I’m not sure if the manager is telling them to take small baby scoops for inventory but other customers complain as well.

Not only did they miss THREE ingredients in my bowl (guac for which I paid extra, corn salsa, and hot sauce) but packaged it so horribly that it leaked from the bowl, bag, and into the seat of my car.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I found what appears to be a cockroach in my food. And when I come back to tell them about it, they were justifying this by saying oooh this is from the lettuce.

Second time I’ve had a bad experience when I order online at this chipotle. They have left a large space on my plate and only covered with sour cream, I don’t think I can buy an almost empty plate.

Richmond’s newest location right outside of Regency Square Mall. Parking is limited. There’s outdoor seating. The location is small so don’t expect to plan a huge gathering. While the location is new and getting adjusted, they don’t have enough staff to assist customers. Workers basically move around like robots. No smiling at all.
There’s a station specifically for online orders to be made and was set up. Yet, that station was not being used. This was a waste of food and food that has been sitting out for several hours without being switched out. This can be a health hazard and a good way for the local health inspector to shut down the place before they really get started. I noticed there was a web order being done along side of the orders customers were placing. Utilizing all resources, more staff, and some customer service training could really help this place.
The food was okay. It was not fresh. It had been sitting awhile as it was not hot when we got it.

We just picked up an order. The taco came with only the two shells and lettuce. No meat, no cheese, no other toppings ordered. Just shell and lettuce. I can’t reach anyone at the store despite three attempts, the automated system never connects you to someone at this store. Absolutely frustrating on so many levels.

It’s 930 pm and they are closing up already although they close at 10pm. Asked for chicken and white rice they said we are not restocking tonight. Which is weird because yall have a full hour and half left. Very poor service and very poor environment. Would not choose

This is the worst chipotle, ordered a kids meal with Barbacoa and they literally gave us a huge piece of fat that was not edible. I went and spoke to the manager and he told me that it’s pork and that’s what I should expect. I tried to give them a second try tonight and they were out of chips, how is that even possible? Someone from corporate needs to come fix this place.
