Went for lunch & sat in the dining room. The gentleman (the manager I think) working the register was very polite and respectful. All the workers seemed to have good attitudes. The food was hot and well prepared. Good experience today!

We have lived next to this location for over 10 years. We stopped going to it because the service and food was HORRIBLE.
Today we gave it a try and we were served FAST, everything was fresh, and the staff was friendly and professional.
Hopefully they cleaned house, because it was needed. The bald guy at the windows was awesome!
Took the order with active listening, verified the order was correct, and when I pulled up to the window our food was already ready to go.
If he isn’t the manager, he needs to be.

For this location it takes an hour to switch from breakfast to lunch, their ability to accept card payments is down consistently, twice ive drove off because no one was there to take my order, and the latest is a broken grill so burgers are unavailable.

Went inside first only to turn around and leave after someone said they’d been waiting for 15 minutes and not getting service cause they were only serving drive thru.
Went back out and decided to go through the drive thru, only for the cashiers to BOTH spend a minute or two laughing at me because I asked for a 10 pc McNugget by mistake instead of 10 pc of chicken nuggets.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, my food wasn’t even hot when I then got it.
Genuinely the most upsetting experience i’ve ever had trying to get food.

They always forget sandwiches at night or toppings , they’ve forgotten BACON on my BACON double stack multiple times. The night crew is AWFUL . This is the worse Wendy’s location in the area, save yourself the trouble and take a trip to a different location or just get some Skyline next door

I went into Wendy’s with some friends tonight and they were still open. I tried to order and they said the dining room was closed due to being understaffed but I definitely saw a bunch of workers in there on their phones. They weren’t understaffed they just are lazy!

Really slow service. Put my order in through the app while waiting in drive-thru. Submitted it at 5:24. Got my food at 5:42. Only three cars ahead of me. Employees didn’t say anything. Won’t be back to this location. Tried to complain on the app, didn’t see it.

Food wasn’t hot. Staff was very off putting. Nothing was very clean and they were not even busy besides drive thru.
Sandwich they gave me bacon crumbs from bottom of pan. And didnt have tea in lobby and I ordered tea. Manager puts order on counter with ½ cup of ice and no tea and walks away.

No way I just saw your review Carson and the same thing happened to me. The service is absolutely terrible the foods cold. Its frankly an abomination to the Wendy’s franchise. Every single worker needs to be fired, rehire, and restart. The food served at this Wendy’s made me puke it was absolutely distugusting I will never eat here again.
