Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! On their phones and basically threw my food at me and my change like, I was interrupting them for placing an order! The manager is the one that just handed me my food and when I tried to talk to her to voice my complaint she just closed the window and walked away! Poor, poor customer service! I hope the owner of this location sees this post!

Even in the midst of a very busy drive thru and a flooded lobby, the crew never missed a beat. I watched it all unfold right in front of me. I was there to pick up an online order that was missing half of my actual order (not the fault of the store or it’s employees) that the delivery driver just left behind. I had a large order. To see so many people and they had large orders too! They moved quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The manager was leading the way! I loved it. The way customer service should be! This is what I miss about going out to get a bite to eat with family and being met with a smile and great customer service! And cheers to the manager for making a situation right and still never missing a beat with any of the customers! They went beyond giving me what I was missing and replaced the entire order! Exceptional service! Wish I could double the stars!

Please someone explain why this cost almost 8 dollars????? The food is okay. Not amazing or bad. But why is it that when I order something from a place I haven’t been to gives me this as a large. Talk about shrinkflation. This is the one reason why I stop eating at fast food places. I do want to clarify that this location has a great staff but I’m not happy with the company everybody in this building was very professional very kind and very pleasant taking my order but it’s not their fault they’re just following what corporate thinks the consumer should be eating and quantity size I know for a fact this meal should be like $3 but you decide if you want to eat at this establishment not saying that this location is bad I’m just saying I’m very disappointed on what I got for almost eight bucks thank you. I highly doubt that anybody from corporate would read this but I figure I would share it with the people they must know.

So sorry to see this location closing down. Best quality burgers in the fast food business. Bona fide Angus beef tastes like a restaurant quality burger, fresh cut tomatoes and lettuce and red onions. What a treat. Truly one of the best fast food restaurants . A tragedy that this is closing down in Stone Mountain Georgia.

I order breakfast platter this morning around 6 and the gravy was poorly made . 2 qt hot water atleast 210 degrees or higher , 2 package of gravy mix . Whisk until all gravy mix eveningly into water . This is unacceptable and this the reason Hardees are closing down . People are poorly doing things. They really served mush .

I stopped in at 11:00 on November 3, 2025. I thought i had heard and heard right. I ordered 2 steak biscuits and an orange juice. She handed me the juice and asked me to pull forward. It seemed to take a while but I wasn’t I a hurry. My biscuits were delivered and when I rolled up my windows I smelled fresh hot biscuits. Which had been the delay. At home 5 mins later I had the best fresh steak hot biscuits. Thank you Hardees for making my day with a fresh hot biscuit. You are a 10. Breakfast til Noon. Yeah.

The heart biscuits got me here! I just thought they were the cutest. I visit here frequently for breakfast, and I can honestly say that all my visits here have always been pleasant. Customer service is always welcoming and professional. The food is always fresh. My only issue is Hardees taking away the french toast sticks… bring em back, please!

Sprite needed syrup, fries were cold, burger was dry. The biscuit I got this morning was so good it made me come back for lunch. It’s better than the burger King across the street. Breakfast was great, lunch was a little dissapointing. I heard the manager telling a worker to drop less fries more often, I’m assuming he knew they had gotten cold.

Very annoying when you plan to stop based on their published hours and they decide to close the dining room early. If it’s 8:50 pm and it’s fast food, and you don’t close till 9:00 pm, the door shouldn’t be locked.

Tarriffs raising prices on high on everything . Told the breakfast platter did not come with biscuits so ordered biscuit and gravy but it did come with biscuit and gravy. Ham was not in the box. The cashier a little rude but could be trying to be direct they looked stressed out. Food especially the hash rounds cold. Very focused on getting customers in and out as quickly as possible.
