I ordered a fish meal to go. After getting in my suv and turning on 23. I attempted to eat some fries and they were cold. When I took a bite of the fish sandwich it was disgusting, cold and old. Where I made it to my office 18 minutes later. I called and who ever answered the phone was rude and after I asked for the aera Supervisors name she stated that they didn’t have a Supervisor because they were privately owned. I looked up their mean office in Dublin and reported this. I will never spend my money again at this location. Date of incident 3/5/2026.

The morning staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating! The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The food was hot and delicious. First time having breakfast at a Wendy’s. We’ll be back!

Its been awhile since I’ve stopped at this location. The service was fast and friendly. My minor complaint was the french toast sticks I ordered. I must say Wendy’s marketing campaign got me to try them. They are 4 sticks for $2.79. The 4 of them amount to one slice of white bread. Not even that tasty. I remember my school cafeteria had better tasting ones.

Very rude blonde girl with caterpillar eyelashes got upset because I wanted extra everything on my potato that I paid $7.50 for. I asked for extra butter and she threw it in the bag and whipped around. I paid $1.50 for extra bacon and didn’t get it and she said it must be on the bottom. At this point she was just going to be argumentative and too tired for that so I just left with my cold $7.50 potato.

I held off posting this review, I thought I resolved the issue with the franchise owner. I spent 30+minutes on the phone.(I feel was a waste of my time and to pacify me) you have my number if you would like to call me back.Without gift card or compensation from last visit my family decided to come back. YES $50+ This will be our last visit to this location. The most disrespectful people work here. It doesn’t matter if you order through a app or at the speaker . Their are 2 woman that seem to alternate days Nasty black hair, long eye lashes and finger nails and tattoos covering their arms. You can’t even make it to the window without them sticking their heads out and telling you to pull forward to the “Yellow line” Why what is the point? Why can’t I have my food handed to me through the “drive thru” window? Why do I want two of your team members to walk through your restaurant and out the door to bring me my food? It’s crap to do this to look good on a timer. But the sad fact your not completing service on time, no one is in the drive thru behind me and you won’t have a accurate time frame you are actually serving your customers. Last time the rudeness and disrespect, hair cooked into the fries, melted frostys. Now I am sure I have food poisoning today because the girl at the window remembered us from last visit. Action were not taken to correct the past behavior . So thankyou, helping out our experience and confirming we know we will not be returning to this location. Fast food is getting to be the same price as if you were to go to a restaurant, do yourself a favor and have a better experience all around and eat local.

From the smooth communication at the takeout speaker to the friendly workers at both windows. Everything about this place is great and I’ve only been here once. I’ve been fed up with fast food for a minute but for the first time in literal years, this food tastes like the peak Wendy’s that I remember. Everything else was just a bonus. I would buy this from a slumshop. Wish y’all were my local crew.
