I wasnt always skeptical of this place but now I won’t be spending over $5, here in the future. Very low professionalism and quality of meal. Ordered Toasted Italiano and bread was tough and hard to bite into and enjoy. The soup was ordered by my “Plus 1”. From first impression, there was only about 3 spoonfuls to eat from the soup. Told the staff , we weren’t very satisfied with the meal. Manager was notified. Manager asked if we wanted to remake the meals or a refund. Okay, like 1) I was thinking I should’ve request a full $26 refund, but gave them an easy out and just asked for a cinnamon roll (which the bread was not good quality either) 2) I expect a bit more professionalism like there was an awkwardness that I felt in the interactions from this experience. 3) Picture of Toasted Italiano.. the ingredients were good but I wasnt going to finish bits of the bread that were hard and tough to bite.

It was my 1st visit and my last. The attitude of the cashier should have hinted what kind of a visit this would be. She was acting very inconvenienced that we wanted to order. It took her a while to come attend to us and it seemed like she thought if she ignored us long enough that we would go away. We were given the wrong order. Then my Mac n cheese was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a while then re-heated. I asked for them to give me some fresh mac n cheese and this was the best they could come up with. It was nasty and a waste of $. Looks nothing even close to the website pic. In addition, the employees were all in the food prep area gossiping and when I walked up NOT ONE of them bothered to ask what I wanted so I had to interrupt them to ask for help. Save your time and $ and avoid this location and look for the next closest one!

I handed the cashier a 10 dollar bill and the look on her face made me feel bad that I did not use a card. She tried to figure out the change, not working, used store ipad, not working. Pulls out personal cell phone and uses calculator. Yeah, we have a winner. Manager should be ashamed! Leaving new people out front by themselves like that. You got a keeper there, she didn’t give up.

I was very disappointed at the end of my to go order. Evie the cashier was great! However the lady in the food pickup area was extremely rude I asked if she could bag one of my sandwiches separately and she responded with you can do it separate it yourself how you want. The sandwiches weren’t even marked so I had no idea what was what and I was delivering it to my ill child. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Poor service in the end!

I went to Panera bread for the very first time and they left a bad taste in my mouth. I walk in no greeting a nice young man pointed me to the takeout and the girl at that counter looks up at me “your name?” I said good morning my name is … very cold greeting felt like I was bother her. Another customer waiting before me asked for a time frame for her one sandwich Sarah starts telling her that she has an order of 30 this and that but doesn’t answer that lady asks for a refund and Sarah says I don’t have time you’re going to have to call later or email. Very rude lady as if the previous order or her staffing issues is the customers problem. Do better Sarah and to the other girl learn manners especially how to greet. Common courtesy is not here if you want attitude for breakfast come to this location. I’ll try another location I guess. If I could get my tip back I would but keep it yall must not like yalls jobs.

I’m not a regular at Panera Bread, but every time I visit, I leave impressed. Their chicken sandwiches and soup meals are consistently flavorful and satisfying perfect comfort food without feeling heavy. I especially appreciate their selection of teas and low-calorie juices, which are refreshing and thoughtfully curated.

What really stands out is their service. Whether dining in or ordering to-go, the staff is always courteous, efficient, and consistent. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a smooth and pleasant experience for customers. Even as someone who drops in occasionally, I always feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I happen to be a huge fan of Panera bread and a highly influential 40 year old man so I’ll tell ya like it is, this place is great! I got a sippy cup rewards deal for $5.41 per month for the next three months so I now have unlimited Panera drinks. The cashier is named Serenity and she is a beautiful soul and wonderful person. She’s gonna do great things in life. However I would not recommend the Cheesecake brownie bites as they are drastically overpriced at $2 per brownie bite or 3 for $5. Back in the day that was the going rate for Valium on the streets and these brownie bites do not provide anything near the same relief from this cruel world . I also got a $6 yogurt parfait the last time I come thru this bish and it was also incredibly underwhelming and overpriced. This worlds going to hell in a handbasket quick people so best I can tell ya is enjoy the ride and don’t kick up a fuss because we gotta love it while it lasts. Come through for great atmosphere and friendly staff and slightly overpriced food that’s healthier than a burger and fries

Always a great meal & experience at Panera. Love the “choose 2” combos which allow you to get any soup, salad or sandwich meal. Fresh fruit drinks are delicious and tough to beat.

Will continue to be a lunch patron for many more moons.

Atmosphere felt too quiet. It was a little late when I went but felt hospital like. No ppl service whatsoever. I was kinda sorta playing the guessing game. Food was disappointing. Had the french dip and cup of chilli. French dip flavor was good but sandwich was a little on the cold side. Sauce was different. Looked clumpy and old. Bread that came with chilli was hard as a rock. Chilli was warm and good flavor tho so both tasted good
