I normally have great service here. There is one woman who is normally taking orders and making drinks- she is always great, fast, friendly and provides excellent customer service. I recently went to Wendy’s drive thru in Walton and the older woman working with pulled back gray hair was very rude and unprofessional. It is not appropriate to cut off a customer when speaking, especially when the customer is asking a question while being respectful. I purchased four separate meals for four individuals. I was given three ranch. I asked for an extra two ranches and she looked at me like I had no right to ask for extra ranch. If there’s policy that you must pay for extra ranch, I completely understand that, however, she should not have presented with a rude manner. I should receive one ranch per meal. The most appropriate action is to professionally listen and explain policy before rolling your eyes. Once driving away, she then began complaining about how I asked for extra ranch and so on. Very unprofessional to negatively talk about a customer. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, maybe she should move on.

I eat here almost everyday and the past few times I’ve been here, just wasn’t great, including the one time I had paper stuck on the cheese and the sandwich I ordered.. I’m not sure I’ll continue to go here.

Great service! Came in on a late flight and stopped here for a quick dinner on the way home. Staff worked together so well, had my food out and perfect before I could even blink. One of the best fast food service experiences I’ve had.

They took my order correctly because I double checked at the window. Then we had to pullover and wait and I have two hungry kids in the car. Well people came and went and our order never came out. I wanted to get a refund and leave but granddaughter wanted her Wendy’s burger. I hailed down a worker and asked to speak to a manager because I’m pissed at this point. They found our food and brought it out and they got the kids burgers totally wrong. Single plain with cheese was single deluxe, Jr plain burger had cheese on it. Ugh. Manager came out and tried to help but he couldn’t get the order straight in his head. But they finally got it right and the food was good. And we got two extra burgers. My dog Toby was happy about that.

At first I was hesitate to order from the mixed reviews on Google but let me say 1 thing I’m glad I did. The food was fantastic! After I paid they pulled me for less than 30 seconds and it was perfectly fresh and tasted amazing. Don’t listen to the negative reviews stop here if your close by.

Update 10/2024 – 4/5 stars – Decided to try this location again after over a year. This time staff were nice and I had no issues picking up my mobile order. I got everything I ordered and the food was hot. Glad things seem to be turning around for this location.
Original Review 2023 – 1/5 stars – I have never been to a worse Wendy’s. For context, I have been to this location about five times now and they have never gotten my order right. Save yourself from a bad experience and cold food. It is worth the longer drive to the Richwood or Crittenden Wendy’s. Avoid at all costs!
