If I could leave a zero I would. I go to this Subway at least twice a week. They are the rudest people. They don’t say hi or anything when you go in there. The other day I went in there and ordered a sandwich and they didn’t put it in a bag. When I asked for a bag she slammed it down on the counter and went in the back. The Black guy that works there is always rude.

I ordered the Happy Gilmore meal + a large drink. They wouldn’t give us our large drink and told us it is what it is that the collectable cup was the drink. Advertising and the app says otherwise! This crew didn’t care. Very sad! I paid WAY more than what they gave me. I could go on and on about all the mess ups we’ve had to deal with from this place. I understand the kids are young but they need adults there to lead them in the right direction!

Kudos to the three staff members who were working on 8/16 around 6pm for their professional handling of a customer who was behaving in an intimidating and completely unacceptable manner because she was upset that fresh mozzarella has an upcharge. They deserve recognition for having much better behavior than the middle aged bully they were stuck dealing with.

Good healthy food, but last time I was there the ingredients were a bit mixed. A piece of meet ended in my sandwich’s cheese (I do not eat meat). Good thing it was on the top of the cheese and told the food prep person to please remove it. He unhappily got it off. I wish they had covers for each Item.

Super loud girl behind the counter, the girl making my sandwich could not hear over her. The only time I didn’t have to repeat myself was when the loud mouth answered a phone call. The sandwich i got had half the veggies falling out and the bread was torn three different places and they burned the bread in the toaster. Wonderful.
