Outstanding Night Shift Team!
I frequent the Wendy’s on Boardwalk in Lexington, and I have to say the night shift team here is truly amazing. Every time I visit late at night, the service is quick, friendly, and consistent.
There are two ladies who usually work the drive thru, and even though I’m not sure of their names, they absolutely deserve recognition. They always go above and beyond to make sure orders are right, and they handle busy nights like pros, all while staying polite and upbeat.
It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to this hardworking night crew for always delivering great service, you all are appreciated!

Whoever was working Saturday August 9th around 8:30 p.m. somebody should tie you to a chair and make you eat the food that you serve what you did was uncalled for horrible after I waited in line for 10 minutes whoever made my sandwich you should not be making food at all not to mention my sandwich was cold because it’s set in the window for 10 minutes while Wendy’s air condition was on super blast and my food was cold I don’t have time to go back and get a refund cuz I was on my lunch break glad I had some extra napkins in the glove box this

Id say 95% of time I have no issues here. I ask for my extra ghost pepper ranch I get it. No questions asked except one time the lady would only give me three. When I had so much food I know I asked for 6 but like that literally was what I needed so everyone would have one. It’s not like I had 10 nuggets and asking for 6 extra. I had a crap ton of food for me and other people. Like charge for the sauces I would not have cared to paid for it all. But that’s not an option right now unfortunately. But minus that one time with that lady it’s always been great. Fresh and really good. People are nice they don’t keep you waiting. And if they can’t get to the counter they let me know they will be right there not just look at me and say nothing. Minus that one time for me I haven’t had issues and definitely will be back

Sat in drive thru for over an hour while the employees were having a water fight in the dining room, you could clearly see them through the glass. They lost out on a lot of business because most people got tired of waiting. If I wasn’t picking up 2 door dash orders, I would of pulled off too. The worst service I have ever seen and I’m not one to usually complain.

Workers don’t know how to communicate with customers correctly, they was very rude and unprofessional, they had messed up our order and instead of fixing the problem they got a additude like it was our fault!

Im a frequent customer of the establishment the light in the drive thru blinks 24/7 and I’m elliptic I have seizures and I’m not the only one I say something to the staff Everytime I’m there for them to look at me like I’m stupid until this is fixed wendys has seen my last dollar

Staff lied about frosty machine being down when it was turned off two hours before closing. Staff was unfriendly as well.

Was served a raw hamburger. Ew….zoom in on that picture a bit and see for yourself. Keep in mind that the grills Wendy’s uses are on a fixed timer… the grill has a bottom grill and a top grill that you pull down on top of the meat and it then locks until the timer goes off. There is absolutely no way to under cook a burger at Wendy’s unless the equipment is faulty or the people are trying to cut corners or just being vindictive.
