Dim lighting, super friendly staff. The waitress recommended the strawberry mojito, which was absolutely fantastic; you know it’s good when it isn’t neon. Burger was well-cooked and super juicy, I asked for extra cold veggies for it and got them free of charge. Fries were WAY better than they look. The dim lighting and brick and minimal decor and leather seating gave it a really nice vibe.

Had an overall really good experience at Austin’s American Grill downtown. I ordered the meatloaf and my wife had the rotisserie chicken. The meatloaf was really good flavor-wise, though it came out a bit lukewarm rather than hot. That said, the atmosphere is great and the downtown Fort Collins location makes it a fun spot to visit. We’d definitely come back.

Food okay – could use a little more flavor butthiscould just be that my tastes lean towards the fantastical ie, spicy, zingy, wowwy.
We both ordered the French Dip ($17) and the bread was AMAZING (ate here last weekend and I’m still thinking about that bread!) and they stuffed the sandwich with roast beef! I wish I had asked for horseradish but thats on me. The au jus was on point and nicely salted.
We did not have drinks and spent $43 w tip.

It’s a great location in downtown. They cook the rotisserie right there and lop off your dinner cowboy style! Fresh and delicious. Coconut shrimp always a winner. Service good and atmosphere is really pleasant.

Excellent dinner, amazing service, and we were able to make a reservation as well.
We had the chicken pot pie, rotisserie beef, and mac and cheese kids meal. We also had the stuffed avacodo as an appetizer and the creme brulee for dessert. We were celebrating and this was our first visit so we wanted to try multiple things. As you can imagine, we had leftovers. Those were good as well.

Great tasting food and atmosphere in foco. We had some mixups where items were missing on our orders but we weren’t charged for any of it, completely understand having those small errors from time to time. I appreciate the politeness and readiness of staff to fix any issues as quickly as possible.

Popped in for a bite to eat whilst working in the area and the place was spot on. The food, the service and the atmosphere were perfect, could not fault the place.
Ordered the coconut shrimp to start which were fat and succulent, had the New York Strip Steak for main which was perfectly cooked to my liking and they were happy to swap out the baked potato for the roasted garlic mashers.
Would definitely eat here again.
