This is the BEST Wendy’s! The fries are hot, the burgers are fresh, and the service is impeccable. Employees are polite, friendly, and helpful. The young men in the drive-thru were outstanding, offering friendly smiles and helpful attitudes. I drove out of my way, just to come back to this location for a second time and I will definitely do it again!

Showed up 5 minutes before breakfast ended, went to the window to pay (the cashier was super nice) and since it was 1029 they said breakfast was over. I just spent 3 hours in a hospital and because their manager didnt want to do their job they get 1 star

Was in drive through for a while with a car in front of me at speaker and than that car took off and went somewhere else so than I sat at the speaker with no response so I went next door to bbq city whitch is a better option anyway and while I’m sitting in their line I hear arguing and and bickering and what do I see every worker there in the parking lot complaining bout whatever they were complaining about but it’s always something every time I try to go there either their only excepting cash right now or their system is down. But every single time I go here I end up going next door to bbq city. Idk but seems like this location will be the ones to close their doors due to poor management and customer skills.

From out of town for a volleyball tournament and stopped here for a quick lunch at almost 2 pm. Nothing ‘quick’ about it. We went in and had 1 person in front of us and it took 10 mins before we put in our order. The person who took my order seemed confused or they just need glasses. Just kind of a weird vibe. The wait for our food wasn’t as long and nothing was wrong with our order. Luckily we had no changes or requests because ppl in front of us had to keep coming to the counter to have their burger fixed. I cant imagine if we had come in during a “lunch rush”.

Came in for breakfast 8 min before cut off time at 1030, they took my order, I drove around to the window and THEN they informed me they had already put all the breakfast stuff away. Why are the workers cleaning up breakfast before the cut off time? Why would they let me even order breakfast KNOWING it was put away? Unprofessional. I drove off without getting anything.

30 min wait with only one person in front of me. Food was cold. Associates moving as if they were snails. No sodas in the machine. Witness to teenagers none associates walk from food prep area. Gross! Always an issue each time we visit. We not go back!!

If I could give this place one star, I would it took me 20 minutes to get 24 piece. Chicken nuggets pulled me and made me wait and then brought me the wrong sauce out and then told me that they didn’t have any more of the sauce that I asked for so they didn’t have to walk back in and grab it. My sandwich was cold . The staff obviously is incoherent and incompetent .

This place had the doors locked at 1 in the afternoon. The front patio area was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the ground, falling out of the garbage cans. Wendys bags blowing through the whole parking lot. And to top it off a very rude staff. Screaming out the doors at potential customers drive thru is open.

Doors to eat in were open but was rudely told that they weren’t open for inside seating. I said that sucks. Crew told me that no what sucks is that corporate wont pay us more than 10 bucks an hour or have staff to allow for in person seating. How is that my fault? And why tell a customer that? Debated on what to do. Decided to go through drive thru. To see 2 or 3 employees out there doing smoke breaks or loitering around.Told them through speaker I had 4 coupons for kids meals and frosties, was going to purchase something if needed. They said pull around. Once pulled around they said it would be 8 bucks. Wasn’t told that at speakers. Guy said would give receipt and never did. Went ahead and paid for it as I had my niece with me. Burgers were supposed to be one plain and one regularly dressed. But they made 2 plain. Will never go there again.

Your typical fast food restaurant with under paid, ignorant, uneducated, youth running the show. I ordered a large chili on 12/6/25. I asked the guy for a pack of chili sauce. Of course it wasn’t in the bag. Got out of my car to go in and all the doors were locked. Finally a young African American girl came to the door and said in a nasty tone. That the lobby was closed because it was only two of them. I told her she didn’t have to be so nasty. Chili sauce was shoved in my hand and the door was slammed in my face. I would only stop here if absolutely necessary!!!!
