Single worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. Went through the drive through and they charged $1 for a Ghost Pepper Sauce. When we pulled away from the drive thru into the first available spot there was a drink, sandwich, ketchup, and the Ghost Pepper Sauce that they charged me for missing from the bag? So, I hopped out of the car to tell them what was missing and the main door was locked (they said it was jammed closed). So, after walking around the building and in the door beside the drive thru I told them exactly what was missing – having just went through the drive thru and the guy popped around the corner and then back around and said do you have a receipt as if I didn’t just go through the drive thru – they did this in front of all of their customers in line who all looked very surprised. So, I walked back out to the car, grabbed the receipt, went back in, handed the guy the receipt and had to repeat everything that was missing again. A few minutes later he came back with a bag and I walked out to the car to find out there was no ketchup, no Ghost Pepper Sauce, and the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with no tomato actually had a tomato imprint and seeds when I opened the bun. Do they not understand that food allergies can kill a person???Also, after all of that the kids were all three complaining that their fries were not hot – three separate things of fries. To top it all off I didn’t see a single person handling food or drinks wearing plastic gloves even though you could see boxes of them on the wall. The Wendy’s chain should not in any way consider this location up to their standards and some serious customer service training and facility repairs need to happen at this location. It has been a very long time since I have had an experience like that…

Poor service only 2 English speaking people. The rest do not speak English. My salad greens look like the power was off and they just sold what they had leftover. The owner should be ashamed of their establishment and close it down. It used to be great service and the workers knew what I wanted when I went in there. The 2 that did speak English only ones that knew how to take care of customers. Not going back. Close this place down it’s service IS TERRIBLE. The greens in this salad look a lot worse then the picture. Soggy salad underneath I had to pick out the chicken and buy a fresh head of lettuce to go with it.

Absolutely poor excuse for a fast food chain location. They take 5-10 minutes just to ask what you want after pulling up to the ordering board. And take another 20 minutes to get cold food to you. Would not recommend

Visited Wednesday afternoon. Went thru drive thru. Employee was amazing. He saw we had our dog with us and asked if she could eat meat. I replied yes and he brought her a big surprise. It was an amazing experience. Drive thru service at other establishments is severely lacking. This was awesome and food was great! We will be visiting this location more often!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stopped by this Wendy’s around 7:40pm on May 9, 2023. When I pulled in the parking lot there was a female employee leaning out the drive thru window. I proceeded around the building to place my order. I sat at the menu intercom waiting for someone to take my order for about 6 minutes. After getting no response I pulled around to the window that the employee was hanging out of. When I stopped at the window and tried to ask her a question she ran away! There were 4 employee’s just standing around inside. Then another male employee appeared. I asked if the intercom was out and explained to him my situation. He then told me I would have to back up to the 1st window and submit my order. Reluctantly I backed up to the 1st window. The young man at the 1st window was so rude and nasty I couldn’t believe it! Totally dismissed anything that I had to say. Told me he wasn’t taking my order and I had to go back around and get in line again! I told him the employee had just told me to back up and submit my order. He still refused to take my order, closing the window slightly as I was talking! Wow! No one should be treated like this!

Online says they open at 6 am, have been multiple times at 7am, see people inside and no one will take your order. When you call to voice your frustration you will get hung up on.

This is the worst Wendy’s restaurant I have ever been to. They got my order wrong twice in 1 transaction. The food was somewhat warm. The service is lacking. I’ve only been to this particular location 3 times and each time has an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while on the go. Unfortunately, we didn’t get anything at all. Asked for 2-Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and 2-medium Cokes. I know prices are higher than normal but why did it come to $13.00? So I asked to have my order repeated back to me. So, long story short, there was a communication issue. We had already waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru to even get waited on. So, we decided to get a refund. so that took an additional 20 minutes. The manager was very nice, and I totally understood what the issue was, while she was trying to teach the drive-thru clerk what he did incorrectly. Correction is great, but not while you have about 8 cars in the drive-thru. No one else in the establishment stepped up to handle the back-up of customers inside and in the drive-thru.

Used to be the best Wendy’s in town and is now the worst. Last time I went, they gave me a raw chicken sandwich and was closed by the time I turned around. How this place hasn’t been shut down is a beyond me. Sent in a complaint to corporate but got no response.
