Quick service, we chose take out. It was super hot and they were very busy so I was impressed with how quick our food came out. The strawberry lemonade was literally life saving in the heat. We also chose the ghost pepper chicken sandwich which was incredibly spicy but oh so goooood. Absolutely love the ghost pepper ranch.

Slowest service every time and the workers are normally rude. Also 9/10 my order gets messed up. Today I had two people go before me when I was at the drive thru first and then waited 15 for my one sandwich which was wrong.

Went into the store tonight at 7:15 to purchase food. One customer in front ot me ordered a small frosty and changed to medium after being shown size. Young lady then proceeded to go to the fry station and get fries for herself, pour up the spicy chicken nuggets and fix order for herself, joke with manager, eat a nugget and continued to bag “her order”! After standing at the counter for 5 minutes watching this “show” I became angry and left; vowing to shop elsewhere in the future! Usually spend more than $20.00 per trip! What did I get tonight? Very POed!

Went thru the drive thru since there was only 3 vehicles in line. I sat in line for 45 minutes. (I couldn’t leave since I was blocked in). I ordered 4 frosties. Once I got to the window to pick up my order, I noticed all the frosties were melted. I politely told the lady. She just laughed and said yea well my bad.

No wonder people in front of us in line were stepping out and leaving. They were incredibly slow. It seemed that their primary focus was on the drive thru orders, mobile and door dash orders. The kiosks for ordering at the counter weren’t working. You could choose your food but the payment wouldn’t process. They should have had an out of order sign on them. Once that attempt at ordering failed, we ended up in line behind people that had arrived after us. We gave up and went elsewhere when another customer was seen bringing his order back to get something corrected.
