I was so disappointed when I got home. I ordered a chocolate brownie batter frosty and when I finally had the first bite at home i was disgusted to taste mint when I was expecting brownie. Also, I ordered a sour cream and chive potato but it had no sour cream. None in bag either. That’s literally all I ordered like omg. And before anythinggggg the brownie batter and thin mints looks the exact same and it didn’t smell like mint. so was it a prank? a laugh? idk but i am disappointed at the staff.

The service was fast. The server was polite and friendly. I had the number one combo. My husband had the biggie combo (Jr cheese burger, 4 nuggets, fries and a drink.) He hadn’t eaten that before, he really liked it. It was easy for him to eat while driving. He said that would be his new go to Wendy’s order for road trips. It isn’t as messy to eat as my number one combo that I enjoy.

I come here a lot and the young man at the drive thru is just the nicest guy. He always calls me boss and asks how my day is. Really excellent service. I was a manager at Krispy Kreme for four years, and it’s really rare to find a good person like that.

Got the baconator and one little piece of bacon also multiple boxes of trash and garbage on the floor of the restaurant and tables would recommend the Wendy’s further down hardy b going towards Columbia

We left without our food because their “fresh made salads” theyre incapable of making because they won’t put correct toppings but other salads available? (We picked dinner based on health needs and cant just pick other menu items and will find another place willing to make a salad). The drive through staff was RUDE and interrupted and cut us off and gave attitude to tell us to wait. We were 1 already waiting and never asked to wait. There was ZERO reason to treat people like that. Thank goodness we’re traveling through and will never be back to this location. I’ve never had someone so disrespectful in a drive thru.
And a note for the manager, that employee lost you a huge order tonight over a salad and a vad attitude while headed to an out of town tournament

Tried to stop here at 6:37 am on a trip. Despite the signs on the front door and google both saying the dining room opening at 6, the front doors were locked. Saw 2 workers inside and tried knocking but was ignored.

Don’t order inside. They’ll ignore you and prioritize the drive-through. Otherwise, I’ve had good experiences as long as I am using the drive through.

I’m a truck driver, so more often than not I’m eating out… Sadly, my experience at most fast food restaurants is mediocre at best. Tanisha was the manager for the shift when I visited for breakfast. Everyone in this store was very polite, seemed very happy to help me and did an excellent job preparing my food, which was a special order. Everything was fresh and tasted great! I recommend this location! Great job y’all!

Everything was fine. The speaker wasn’t working well so we pulled up. The employees were so sweet and kind about the fact that we pulled ahead. Some can be a bit of a pain because you’ve pulled forward because THEIR speaker isn’t working so you know how that can go. I’m thankful for this locations kindness. The food was HOT AND FRESH!
