Update: The general manager reached out personally and was very apologetic about the situation. She handled it professionally, made things right, and assured me she would address the issue with the employee involved. I appreciate her taking responsibility, and I’m willing to chalk the original experience up to someone simply having a bad day.
Original: Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I waited about 15 minutes at the order speaker without any acknowledgment or even a simple “please hold.” The line was backed up significantly, and when I eventually drove up to the window, I was met with a rude response from the staff about being short-handed. Unfortunately, the overall attitude really left a negative impression. I’d recommend considering another Wendy’s location if you’re looking for better service.

This is the most efficient Wendy’s I have ever been to. The service is quick and the food is fresh. I usually go for lunch rush and I’m always in and out. I never leave reviews but they are so good so I had to share!

Probably the best Wendy’s in the area. Most offer great food and service but Lakeland Dr operates on another level of efficiency. Rarely a line in drive thru except lunch hour and when there is, you’d look at it and say “oh I ain’t waiting in that anywhere else. But here, I doubt I’ve ever sat in in longer than a few minutes. Keep doing what you’re doing, it works. ***Get the Wendy’s app because the deals they offer with even just very few points are huge.

Everything is usually pretty good, I’m giving 4 stars because they NEVER fill the Chili up! It’s always just above half unless you ask them to fill it up in person. The Baked potatoes are pretty great for a fast food restaurant! Salads as well!

The staff was so friendly. We all know that a lot of fast food places lack in customer service. Not here! Very courteous and helpful. Service with a smile. I appreciated that as much as I did the food. The fries were very hot and fresh. They also had a little lady who kept the dining room clean. As soon as a customer left, she was sanitizing the tables. You never see that attention to detail in fast food. I do love an Asiago Chicken sandwich, and I have to say, this absolutely was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever dined at.

Just purchased around 2PM today 8/02/24
3 meals and asked the clerk handing me the food if everything was there and if the fry’s were good because the last time I got them they were just bits and pieces and some were burnt. She said everything was good and I thanked her for checking.
Well when I pulled away from the window I grabbed some fry’s and they were cold and with no salt. I hate cold fries, just can’t eat.
My last couple of orders have not been good. Even the burger sandwich was squished today.
I normally love Wendy’s and used to go there almost every day at the Canton location. It was always hot and fresh.
Not sure what happened at this location in Flowood but it used to be really good and great customer service.
I would rather wait 5 or 10 minutes for fresh food. Obviously at 2pm there not busy but they must be preparing the food ahead of time and it’s just sitting there.
Hopefully they will fix this issue so they don’t completely lose my business.

Food is always good. Depends on who is working as to the service. Some have no manners at all, others are very warm and welcoming. Fast food nowadays, using covid as an excuse to ignore basic humanity and manners. It’s a sorry mess.
