It’s noon on a Saturday; the older ladies working here are kind, professional and patient. The regulars come in with a smile. Foods coming out quick. Again, with a smile. The tunes are relaxing, and the place is clean. Burger was great, basket was loaded. Blizzards perfect. 10/10, will come again.

The service at this location is extremely disappointing EVERY TIME. The managers always have a nasty attitude even when the customers greet first (which is always the case). They’re quick to dismiss any questions or get irritated with simple conversations that have to do with ordering food. Especially the black woman with a mustache. She’s extremely rude when ordering at the drive thru or inside for dining. I don’t believe any of the managers need to be working at Dairy Queen if they’re so unhappy with their career choices. It’s very clear that they dislike the atmosphere and customers, so they need to find a new profession. I’m tired of being as nice as I can possibly be to these women and I’m always met with anger and rudeness. They need to fix their attitude and use some manners when addressing their customers. This issue needs to be addressed immediately especially because this is the only DQ in town. I’m tired of supporting this location with these women working here. FIRE THEM!

It’s a good place for ice cream they however blended all my candy up too much. I wanted some chunks of candy in it but it was blended all the way. it’s good for a cheaper ice cream.

Employees are disrespectful. I tried to order the blizzard of the month, but they told me the flavor didnt exist even though they had signs posted that it did.. Kept calling me ma’am for some reason and then started raising their voice at me when i kept asking who was the ma’am they were talking to… Save youreself time and money and go down 2 blocks to Baskin and Robbins.

This location doesn’t offer in-app purchases, but it does offer Grubhub, Uber Eats, and a couple of other delivery services. Even though they were out of cheesecake cake for the new Carmel fudge cheesecake blizzards, I still ordered my second choice. Fudge Brownies deluxe. It is amazzzzinnng!!!

Walked in at ~9:45pm on Sep 27, and wasn’t greeted. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and most of the employees looked at me and quickly looked away as if trying not to have to take our order. When we asked if we were going to be served, the lady said “just a second sir, I’ll take your order in a second” (something along the lines of that) as if they had already greeted me and I had asked 4 times already.

Terrible service consistent with the terrible rating.

It was also not well kept, there were bags and receipts everywhere and phones visibly on counters, as well as napkins everywhere.

This store keeps rounding up my total to donate to some charity without my permission. Is this a bad employee’s practice? Is the manager pushing this for their own gain for some reason? I don’t know. But I call taking someones money without permission – STEALING.

Typically the service is pretty good, but today, Not So Much! No greeting when we walked in, just an annoyed stare. Josette had no personality and acted completely bothered that we were there. She was also serving food without a hair net. And, when I asked for a military discount, 3 times, she just stared at my husband and I and refused to say anything. Hands down, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Food is standard/what you’d expect from DQ but NOT worth 30 minutes in a drive through. I wouldn’t mention it if it was a one off but this is the 3rd (and last) time I’ll wait in line this long for DQ. Idk how it takes this long. They’re obviously well liked by residents – management needs to hire more people if this is due to being short staffed. Or train on speed if they are fully staffed.

Went through the drive thru with family for blizzards. Drive thru teller sounded annoyed and responded to everything with “what else” both through the intercom as well as when at the window. Blizzards were good though!
