I come to this wendys 2 times a week for a cheap lunch. Drive thru line has always been fast and food is always hot and fresh. I like most others are ordering biggy bags around lunch so food seems be pushed out quickly. Only issue is sometimes they mix up drinks and I have to tell the young lady it’s the other drink sitting at the window.

I ordered a happy meal they forgot to put the burger in the bag. I ordered three additional meals. They messed up two of the burgers, and then when I ask for some sauce, the girl just stared at me and would not give me any. I had to ask someone else at the window. As a matter of fact, she grabbed food, walked off, walked outside to give the car behind us food while we’re still waiting on our order to be corrected.

I am a teacher and a coach. My team of 30+ kids, myself, and another coach stopped by for lunch today. The staff was super friendly and very fast and efficient! They got us all served and seated exceptionally quickly and they handled the rush of kids well. Great job!

Very clean restaurant and quick moving lines. Had a salad and the arugula was on the edge of being soiled so it made it taste funny, but it’s a one time thing most likely. The salad lid also did not fit the box so I could not save left overs. All other food was great and so we’re the toys for the kids. Line for the bathroom can get pretty long since the bathrooms are one person/family style. Ice machine was broken but they quickly got a solution so people could still get ice. Modern look restaurant, wish I could’ve sat down and stayed a bit on the comfy chairs.

Whomever made my chicken wrap had to be in their lazy mode and I know more than this come on this wrap. I had to cut the tortilla in half or I would have been eating more of it than the filling. Then the chicken was ice cold.

I arrived at this Wendy’s to place a quick order as I was traveling from out of town. I decided to use the drive-thru as, usually, the drive-thru is quick and easy, and this particular time, I did not notice a ton of cars in the parking lot. As I arrived at the intercom to place my order, it took about 3 minutes for the staff to take my order. When she finally took my order, she interrupted me every single time I attempted to place my order. It seemed like a party was going on! She said, pull around for your total. As I pulled around, the young lady took my card, and my order was paid for; she did not give me my receipt. I pulled to the next window to receive my order and politely asked about my receipt. The lady was like, ‘she didn’t give you your receipt,” and I was like no, ma’am. She hollered to the other young lady and was like someone is lying. That alone put a sour taste in my mouth. Like why would I lie about not getting my receipt? I did not receive any type of apology. Thanks, but no thanks…I will not visit this place again and be reminded I skipped a couple of places to get to this one!
