Female manager with glasses and older did not have good customer service. We ignored that, then went to sit down and enjoy our food and she comes and sits down right by us with her phone on speaker having a full blown conversation with people trying to enjoy their meals. She could have put it on her headset or something. I said I couldn’t even hear my daughter because her conversation was louder than ours but that didn’t bother her so we left.

I visited this Wendy’s around 11:52 PM, well ahead of their posted closing time of 1:00 AM (which is shown both on the store window and online). When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was told they were closed unless I had a DoorDash order.
I asked if the hours had changed, since everything still said 1 AM. Instead of responding, the employee just closed the window. I took a photo of the posted hours for clarity.
A couple of minutes later, the employee returned and said they could take my order after speaking with the manager. By then, I had already decided not to order. The interaction just didn’t feel welcoming, and honestly, I didn’t feel valued as a customer.
I understand things can get busy or stressful during late shifts, but a little clearer communication and customer care go a long way.

This a locally owned and operated Wendy’s. This was a grand reopening and they remodeled the entire restaurant. It was great! I had Wendy’s breakfast for the first time ever. I loved it! It’s probably one of my favorites now. Keep up the great work!

If you’re thinking about getting the Cinnabon Pull Apart, don’t do it. It was such a disappointment. VERY hard and dry. The pieces couldn’t even be pulled apart – they just broke and crumbled. 0/10. 2 stars because I was granted a refund.

Not sure who is managing this Location but the workers claim every night that the “Systems are down” and this is about 3 times in last 5 days. Im not sure how the system is down almost every night. The store manager should probably know whats going on at the store at night. I used to be employed by Wendy’s and we have never had a system failure.

When I spend money, I expect to get what I pay for. This is what they gave me today… Burned nuggets! Then I was supposed to get 10, they only have me 9. I asked for my receipt, the machine is broken! Now I’m beginning to think the machine will always be broken because the service is always so terrible that the reviews from the surveys are bad. Every visit which is often I have to ask for my receipt. Look at these burned nuggets. My camera actually makes them look better I’m too hungry for this man, no sour cream, no plastic utensils or napkins another thing… Why have promotions if they have a problem with scanning your phone? ♀️

I came through the drive thru and waited a little while, in which that was no problem. Before the wait, you would think the food would be HOT because they are pulling people up to bring their food out to them. However, I purchased a biggie bag with a chicken sandwich. The chicken in the sandwich was hard as a brick!! I had never seen a chicken patty look that hard unless it’s frozen. The other food items were warm almost getting near cold. Someone needs to see about this location, because I know I wasn’t the only one receiving food like this. I don’t have money to spend for food that needs to go in trash upon receiving it. Do better!

Customer service never greets customer and never says come back to see us. Slow window service; checking their phones while trying to fill orders.

When we arrived, no other people were ordering. We saw 6+ employees walking around. Garry ask one of the employees were we bothering them. The lady said no, I have to take your order at the drive through register. She was friendly after this.
We placed our order, ate and left.
The main problem was that it appeared that not many employees care if someone comes in to order or not.
The food was good!
