Seriously, either find better management or close up and let something else open up there. If you can get there before they close or get a burger in a reasonable 20 minutes or less it’s usually pretty good and accurate. Last 4 times I’ve tried to go there they were closed or I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes before giving up.

Poor service at drive thur took my order and told me the amount of my order, I get to the window and was told the computer just went down and can’t process the Order. He gave me the amount of my order and asked can I just pay for food and if I give him my food since we know the correct amount. The people working the drive-thru are extremely rude and unwelcoming. I went there a few times, thinking maybe the person was having a bad day. No. They all were that way every time I went. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else instead.

Terrible experience at the Madison, MS location! There was no “closed” sign posted anywhere. There were employees inside, but we sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to take our order while cars piled up behind us in line. We finally pulled ahead to the window only to see an employee making herself a drink. She ignored us until we tapped on the glass, then she made a “cut” sign across her throat and shouted that they were closed. No apologies for the inconvenience, no explanation. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER be back to this location. I would give NO stars, if possible.
