Poor experience. Placed order watched two people after we ordered get their food. Looked like only one person making the sandwiches. Girl taking orders putting fries in bags and letting them sit waiting on the one girl trying to make all the sandwiches alone. We left without our food. Would not recommend.

Slowest Wendy’s you’ll find. They were WELL STAFFED, before you make that an excuse. It was not busy. Took about 20 minutes to even place an order and another 20 waiting. They were so disorganized, we made sure to check our order before leaving and sure enough they forgot food. Food wasn’t even hot. The people were friendly but the service and speed and quality of food was all garbage.

I always seems to be a problem at every Wendy’s I stop at these days. At this one it was cash only because their system was down. Food was pretty good. Staff seem like most other fast food places and that they didn’t seem to like to be there. But the food was quick and not too bad. Wendy’s has a good product not to try harder.

Ordered a few simple things a frosty and garlic fries with extra garlic on the side. They did not give a straw, or garlic on the fries, they only gave me a small cup with garlic on the side, when even the person who took my order repeated garlic fries with extra garlic on the side. They literally just gave me a box of plain fries. “Quality is our receipt” yeah right. Didn’t even give me a receipt.
