***BUYER BEWARE!*** this is what you can expect. My total was bout $8.50, but I did get egg added to the maple chicken sandwich which was bout $.75 extra- making my total bill $9.79. As you can see from my pix; the menu photo is much more appetizing than the actual product. The quality of what I received was ridiculous. Compare the pictures. The menu picture is what I was expecting the other pic is what was received (looks as if prepared at an elementary school home ec class). This is the problem with fast food business today; what is advertised is not what you get. Are they purposely scamming you, or is it that cooks just blatantly not caring about the quality of what they make… FYI owners, you are losing business due to this… thats money right out of your pocket. My thought: if the food looks like something you would not be happy with, then make it right… you are not going to get a bonus for lack of culinary skills.
Even though the employees appeared to hate their job and each other, they were friendly to me.

Very dirty. Restaurant smelled strongly of trash and sewage. There were glade air fresheners set throughout that did nothing to mask the smell. I personally witnessed an employee making burgers drop some cash on the floor and then pick it up off the filthy floor then go right back to making burgers with the same gloves.

The worker that took our order was horribly rude we wanted to know how much was just the breakfast sandwich she quoted one price but it was another price on the board. So my son told her what was on the board she said sir the board is wrong have a good day. Then he went in to talk to her about it she was nasty, nasty. Bad service in Hazelnut ms. Get rid of her or the business will definitely go down. I mean terrible

Order three combos no Kids Meal toy everything was wrong on the food no cold foam for coffee got mad because they forgot stuff on the order rude as hell nasty Place nasty people guess we were the wrong color today as well. Terrible food. Burger was luke warm, with stale bun, and splotches of condiments. Some bites were pure mustard, others none at all. Fries were soggy and just warm. Ended up throwing the food away.

Drive through worker was one of if not the rudest server we’ve ever experienced. We asked if we could add something to our order and the only words she said the entire time was “you can’t order at the window” then turned her back on us the rest of the time. Another worker had to bring us our food and get our drinks from behind her after we had to ask for them. They also didn’t put any toys in the kids meal. Worth noting we were the only vehicle in the drive thru.
