Dianna (at least that is what the receipt says) didn’t have on her name tag so not sure if she is the one to cause my complaint. She was very disrespectful to me by tittering around when she saw me just standing there waiting to place my order. She made the gentleman in front of me wait while she made change TWICE no less and then gave him incorrect change to boot. She then bagged up his order and I said she should go ahead and make his frosty since she had made me wait. She said I am only one person. Obviously just one that doesn’t care about a customer.

Came in at noon for a frosty. And the machine hadn’t been turned on yet. Later that day no French fries or baked potatoes on Saturday memorial weekend. Poorly trained idiot’s that are rude when questioned. Do South Haven a favor close for good. Word’s of wisdom go to Culver’s next door. ):

I have came to this restaurant 2days in a row, the closings times says 10 pm, the first time I arrived at 9:50 and it was closed, the next day came at 8:50 and the doors were locked, with people inside. SMH, not understanding what’s going on but I won’t be visiting them anymore!

If I could rate a zero I certainly would. First we pulled up the to drive through and two employees were at the back door smoking weed while the door was held open. Shocking to my eyes. The cashier was very friendly so my son decided let’s still give them a try. We asked for a baconader meal with no ketchup and no onions. We received a meal with ketchup and onions with no bacon. I called back several times for a replacement but guess what no answer. So we wasted time and money because my son was heading to work. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone not even the bugs crawling around outside. I will be reaching out to corporate and maybe someone will answer then.

Prompt service at drive thru window, line moved quickly, cashier was friendly, I didn’t have to ask for napkins, knife/fork, spoon, or salt/pepper – it was all packed nicely in the bag with the food, it was really nice not having to ask for it. They thought enough to include the things you’d need to eat each thing i ordered. Forkable foods require a fork to eat them, as do spoons for spoonable foods. Etc. Fast food was created for eating away from the home, and no-one needs to bring their silverware into the car to eat it ..we have plastic silverware to thank for that but it makes me crazy when i must ask for it specifically! Why don’t all fast food do this??
