So we order a 10 piece meal deal at least 3 times a month you know try to splurge a little bit that and it’s less of a hassle than trying to do it yourself at home and everybody knows when you go to churches chicken it’s all about the biscuits well they gave me a bag of rolls and nobody said anything about them being out of biscuits. I did not found out until I got home. And there’s no way they are homemade. They’re obviously from a grocery store and not worth the price that they charge for their homemade biscuits if I would’ve ever received a credit or been informed it would not have been an issue, but for somebody that goes to the establishment quite a bit it’s a little unruly

I always look to see how many cars are in a restaurant parking lot. That usually tells me if it is an okay restaurant to eat at. Not 1 car in the lot. Feeling generous, I decided to give it a try anyway. Walked in and promptly walked back out. There is a smell in the place that is not good. Smells like a mix of bug spray, dirty old mop water and overflowing trashcans. The floors were sticky and did not look clean. As I am traveling, I chose to go elsewhere for dinner because gas station bathrooms are not where I want to spend the day tomorrow.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!I haven’t ate at churches in Milton for a long long time because there was hair in my food, well tonight I was craving chicken so I said screw it and decided to give them another shot! I got home went to make my daughter’s plate and tell me why in the hell two of the biscuit’s had perfect bites taken out of them I go back up there and tell them I want a refund and none of them spoke up and wanted to explain why there was bites taken out of the biscuit’s! The manager was so unprofessional and didn’t even say a word when he came to the front!!!! This place needs to be shut down! The reviews are terrible also on Google

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They often make things to order so it may have a short wait but the food is fresh! The inside is also super clean. I often come in to grab deliveries or my own lunch and I am impressed on how clean they keep the store!

This was my first time ordering here. Will never stop here again. Spent $80.00 and was a total waste of money. Ordered the family meal with extras and a couple sandwiches and a single meal. the girl at the counter assured us everything was in the bag. We were missing the Jalapeno bombers and a wrap. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one was a fish sandwich, and the other one was just a cheap chicken patty smothered in sauce. The 8 piece boneless wings we got were chicken nuggets. We called to correct our order and no-one answered the phone. Should have known this was going to be a disaster when the lady in the back asked the girl up front what temperature the oven should be. Next time I will go to KFC.

In short! Never will return.
Received 10 fries for a medium fry. Had no white meat, so got dark meat. Greasy to the point of no crisp. Just saturated in grease. The wings are not worth the money either, way to small for the price. Tenders had no taste and greasy. Prices are way to high for the quantity and quality. Tried to call several times but to no avail it says mail box is full. This place is totally awful and I do not understand how Santa Rosa County Florida lets it stay open.

I was told for the third time that they don’t have spicy chicken but have three trays of chicken and spicy chicken on the menu! The lady up front is rude everytime! Churches chicken use to be one of my favorite places to eat but not anymore!

Definitely a horrible knock off of Popeyes. The “spicy rice” which I paid extra for looked like a nasty soup and wasn’t done all the way. The Chicken tenders were SOOO greasy. The biscuits and mashed potatoes were the only saving grace which is sad.
Won’t be going back which sucks bc where we live, there’s very limited options.

We waited for awhile to get our order. They were slow, didn’t have the chicken ready to complete orders. It was just frustrating, the employee was nice, probably the only thing that came outta the trip. The food was old, just not sure if I wanna try them again
