We are on the way to work this morning… go out of our way to leave early so that we can stop here and eat breakfast. We get there, the lady tells us they aren’t ready yet and that it will be another 10 minutes (it’s literally 10 minutes after 7). We are sitting at the drive thru and she tells us to pull around. So, we pull to the window and she tells us again that they’re not ready. We said we knew and that we were going to wait and she said we aren’t allowed to sit at the speaker or the window and that we had to pull all the way around and go through this whole process again. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Yas, I gave them a 5 star and if they were more stars to give, I would have given them those too. I order the Nacho Party Pack Beef. Let me explain something to you, the preparer/s in this store tonight really care about the customers and how they will react to appearance because everything that I added and didn’t want on this order, they did right on point. And to the delivery driver who bought the food just like it was prepared, she did an awesome job. I should have given her more than a $1.00 because she did great too. I order through Grubhub and the delivery was great because my food was ready and on point. This is the best service I have gotten this year from delivery. Here’s proof of the good-looking nacho party pack, and it’s worth the money which was not pricey at all. I added at a little and I taken off a little. This store did a great job with my order. Check out the bag of sauces they gave me too. Yas, it was very delicious and very tasty.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for a few months now as it is closest to my place of employment. Every time I go they are always very nice, polite and sincere in their interactions with the customer. It’s hard to find a fast food restaurant in which you are happy to visit and know your order is going to be correct. Thank you to the workers who make my visits enjoyable and show pride in their work! Your smiles mean more than you know!

I usually never have issues with this Taco Bell. But the last two times I’ve been I have been dissatisfied. I waited in the drive through window waiting for my food for over 5 mins thinking I was getting lunch hot! Chicken was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted!

Was told I must use the kiosk to order. They have registers! I left. Apparently you have to go through the drive through if you’d like to place an order.

I normally love this taco bell but tonight all of the employees were either outside the door smoking or cursing and trying to fight each other inside. Too hostile of an environment for my 9 year old to enjoy dinner. Also a random man on a tablet lurking in the bathroom.
