Awful customer service. I paid the very large woman at the first window and drove to the second window to get my order. That’s how drive through works. When I get to the second window they told me to drive back around the parking lot and go back in line because they want me to wait at the first window until given permission to move to the next one to get my food. I have never heard of anything like that at any drive through service. It makes no sense. Then a man at the second window gave me a lecture about how I’m supposed to do what I’m told. Like they have some kind of power trip going on or something. I can’t imagine how someone could think they can talk to customers like that. I see other reviews with similar issues. Management needs to do something

Absolutely a garbage location. Management is garbage. They refuse to reach out to people they have already interviewed to work there so they are literally not hiring any new people. They interviewed at least 5 people when me & my friend were interviewing there, neither me or my friend have heard back.

I’ve never seen such a small amount of authority go to someone’s head. The people running the drive through windows are rude, purposefully and intentionally difficult to deal with, and display pettiness beyond comprehension. Despite being the only customer in line and only picking up a mobile order, they demanded that I circle the parking lot and go back to the speaker to tell them what I just told them at the first window. I got to the first window and was told they had to make the food. I pulled up to the second window, again the only car in the drive through, and got a whining session about how I was supposed to wait at the first window until they told me to pull forward. I’ve never heard of any fast food joint operating that way. You pay for your food at the first window, then go to the second one to get your order. I guess they think that the decades old system of fast food drive throughs needs to be revised to affirm their self-perceived authority. They want customers to park their cars and wait to be instructed before even moving forward in line. Every individual customer must wait to be given the royal blessing by these aristocratic hamburger engineers before proceeding in the line. No wonder they are so slow.

My husband and I ordered the biggie bag and a grilled chicken wrap for me. Almost $6.00 for this wrap. I get home and open it up. It tasted good, but had very little inside. You are mostly paying for a big tortilla wrap with ranch!! Don’t let the pictures fool you!! They do NOT have that amount of chicken, lettuce, and cheese inside!!!!!

They are giving out old sauces at penny lane. Make sure y’all check the date on your sauces, I have gotten sick right after eating there yesterday and was perfectly fine before I went.

Ordered my food….pulled up to the second window…first one was closed…paid for said food ….only to be asked to go back to first window…which would hold up everybody else in line. After I did so…I was waved back forward. Only to be handed my food by a young lady who looked like I was really inconvenicing her. So far…very…very unimpressed with this BRAND NEW Wendys.

My first night going and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had. At first they acted like they couldnt take a fifty when my order is almost twenty but then My key fob battery I guess died one worker came out and tried prying where the start button is to see if the key would insert in there my wife had asked him to stop more than a hand full of times and once she said it wasn’t our vehicle he was like oh it ain’t your car? No and if it was I wouldn’t want you breaking my car. Finally got the vehicle home just to find out they couldn’t even get my order right. Wow

Only one in Drive-thru and I order like normal, go to the next window to pay like they want me to. Then pull up to the next Window to get Food and I am told I have to back up till I am called. Not sure what games they where playing.

This new Wendy’s has the worst customer service, ordered the biggie bag, get home it spicy nuggets in the meal, i don’t eat spicy food, next time ask what kind, worker shoved the bag in my face so fast i had to bag up, never said thank you or have a nice day, this whole crew needs to be replaced with people who really have customer service attitude, sad part of the situation is it’s always the black workers with the non sense and attitude, this not a race issue, because I’m black also.
