Employee hands me my drive thru order but doesn’t tell me I have food missing. I check my order realize I’m missing 2 items I PAID for. Attempt to get employee’s attention. Watched as employee ignored me. Once they realized I wasn’t leaving without my full order or a refund they then proceed to say oh he must have forgot to tell you. No. You expected me to pull away and not notice I’m missing items.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the west tri state area. They are inefficient and rude. Though the food usually tastes ok, my orders are seldom correct. Upper management should save this Wendy’s before it fails completely. The problems have to be generated from the manager. It takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to go through the drive thru and they always seem to be out of something like Coke. Really. I have received bathroom paper towels for napkins if I get any at all. Until management stops trying to cut corners and starts requiring employees to do their job, this store will not get better. This location is very convenient to me, but I would rather drive to another Wendy’s at Church Road, Goodman and Interstate Drive or Stateline Road than do business at the Penny Lane Wendy’s in Horn Lake. I am sure Wendy’s has standard operating procedures for a profitable and successful restaurants, but these guidelines are not being followed at this Wendy’s. With three other Wendy’s in the area, Penny Lane Wendy’s should be competing to be the best instead of the worst. I just ordered a Daves Combo single and a 3-piece chicken tenders. I received 6-piece chicken nuggets. No burger. No Frys. They got my Coke right, though I asked for no ice and it had ice. Should have gone to another Wendy’s.

The food is good when they get my order right. This isn’t just once it’s almost a guarantee that something is going to be missing or the items are incorrect. I thought ordering online would remedy this problem but it didn’t. They need to install a third window so you can get the right order. Oh and don’t go in to complain, the manager if they are on, are usually great but tell a regular employee and you come away feeling insulted attitude all around. I’m sorry you screwed up but I’m ordering for a family of 5 and don’t want to make two trips.

I went to this location around 1:00 p.m. and had a horrible experience! This was my 3rd time giving this Wendy’s a try. The lady at the first window didn’t speak or give me a receipt. I pull up to the second window and checked my bag and the lady made a rude noise as if I was holding up the line. I saw something on my lettuce and let them know. They asked me to pull up and they brought me another single. I went home and examined my food and saw three green BUGS!!!! I took it back along with all of my food! Got a refund but no apology! Need better customer service! It was only one person with a good attitude.

So I place an order to online after work to take home to the family through the mobile app.
Order was easy, I arrive to the Wendy’s, line moves at a steady pace, I receive my order from staff and bring it home. We are all hungry and once we eat it is terrible. The chicken taste old and past it’s date, we didn’t get the double stack burger, fries were cold, I’ve been to other Wendy’s but this one tonight was a fail in food.
The staff was friendly I can give them a good attitude for drive thru but the waste of time and money.

Every time I place an online order my husband goes thru the drive thru and comes home missing something. Tonight a chicken blt sandwich. The last time 4 piece nugget. Maybe it wouldnt be so bad if prices werent so high fir what you get. The burgers are half the size they used to be. Only thing they have going for them is they taste better thsn McDonald’s. We stopped ordering Wendy’s for about 6 months then we wanted a frosty. I’ve lost $50-$60 in the last 4 months we’ve been ordering. I’m just done. I know why you only have 2 stars. Yall keep it up and you’ll end up shutting the doors.

When people are coming to spend money at this location we shouldn’t have to tell YOU our food is cold. Especially the person that’s in the coordinator position. You can feel the heat from the fries when putting them in the bag rather you fixed them up or not. It’s sad even the nuggets. Like where is the managers ? Apparently around 9 pm they stop reading tickets and give you whatever they want u to have. I had to send back my food not once, not twice, not 3 times but 4 times. And then they have the nerve to get an attitude because they can’t do their jobs. And it’s so busy in this area at this time, they should have more staff working. So after I waited 35 minutes I told them don’t worry about it and just give me a refund. The night manager said it’s 3 other Wendy’s on the street that I could’ve went too. the nerve of you sir!!!! He handed me $6 and I told him I had the Dave’s Double and he said it’s $7.48. I’m okay give me the rest of my change, surely u not looking for a tip . They don’t have to worry about me EVER coming back to that location. The whole restaurant is garbage, the doors are always locked and you can only go to the drive thru
