The chili did not have any beans. The meat was huge inside as if they broke a few patties and put the pieces in my cup. The chili also wasn’t hot. The line wasn’t long but they took a long time on the customer before me which is why I believe they had my chili made and sitting on the counter. Here is video proof! I left Union and went to Poplar Ave and Thor chili was perfect.

I truly don’t understand why it takes them 30 minutes to come to the speaker every time I come here to take an order! Multiple people pull out of line because of this. Just lazy workers! Let someone else take your job if you don’t want to do it!! Literally had to call the store after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one in front of me, just to ask was somebody going to come to the speaker and take my order! While I was on the phone somebody finally came to the speaker. I’m surprised they even answered. Total time spent at a fast food drive thru=30 minutes. Ridiculous! Then saw a cook grab his hat with his gloves on and I’m sure went back to touching food immediately. I’m disgusted.

Ordered a Dave’s double combo meal, get to the window & cashier rings me up but gives me a chicken nugget meal, someone else comes up & I informed them that I had the wrong order. They took it back and came back with a SECOND order that wasn’t mine. Told the cashier, it was the wrong order again and she finally waits long enough to hear what my order was and states the wrong order was what she rung me up for & I told her it was incorrect. If she would’ve repeated the order back to me before telling me to pull around or even confirming my order before just asking for my card, i would’ve had my correct order and not touching other people’s food that I hope they didn’t give back out.

It was open, but doors were locked because of low staffing. You could hear through the intercom of the vehicle in front of us all of the items “they ain’t got”. But the manager and staff were as friendly as you can expect, when you have staff not showing up for work. At least our food was fresh and hot. I would try them again to see if the staffing issue was a fluke.

The worst experience EVER. Let me start by saying the associates were on their phones while cleaning the kitchen area and preparing food. The young lady who took my order didn’t have customer service skills at all. The store was out of medium lids for combo orders. They didn’t have napkins nor ketchup packages. The drink machine didn’t work. Had I known any of this before I paid I would have looked for somewhere else to feed my grandson. The look of my grandson afterward says it all

Went last night at around 7:15 and the girl running the screen started kept asking for my order over and over and it was very clear and simple what I asked for then she finally asked after five times trying to take the order to go around the corner wasn’t even done ordering , and at the window clearly trying to enunciate tell her what I wanted I told her twice and then she got a male co-worker to take my order , he was very nice and he did a good job but she didn’t finish putting the first thing I asked for on the order so I pretty much had to retake order , and then you could hear her and a co-worker scream laugh in the back of the store , It was very unprofessional and I ordered a kids meal and it was missing the toy , The fries were hot at least , I didn’t even get a receipt , I can’t guarantee you walk I’ll go back to this location again seeing that I don’t go to that one very often ever

Just put this place out of its misery. The food is awful, my frosty was genuinely just warm liquid, my strawberry lemonade had a huge fly in it, they didn’t give me my nuggets, and the fries were cold and wet. There was a mystery liquid soaked into one part of the top bun of my bacon double stack, which only had one (1) shriveled piece of onion and one (1) piece of blackened bacon. I understand running an immensely understaffed fast food restaurant is hard. I’ve done it. But this isn’t even worth staying open for. Waiting 40 minutes in a relatively short line only to get inedible food is ridiculous.

Wait time at the drive through was ridiculous. I was over charged, for a $2.99 order. I was charged $3.61. The young lady was surprised that I asked for a receipt. I had to ask twice before she understood that I wanted a receipt. She left the window to never return. After waiting at least 20m for my order, I drive off to not inconvenience others waiting for their order. Be aware of the total cost. Way too much tax.

This review is for the location on Germantown Parkway in front of Costco. I only gave 3 stars tonight Because he dining Room was filthy. There was not a single clean table in the restaurant despite not being terribly busy. The Coke machine is out about half of the flavors, And the service is extremely slow. On a positive note the French fries were hot and fresh and the sandwich with tasty as well.
