They don’t clean the knife between sandwiches, they don’t accept coupons (including the app ones), they have the TVs with the menu turned off, and they occasionally like to close a full hour early.
The staff is friendly and they make the sandwiches correctly, minus using a dirty knife to cut my sandwich in half…

I placed an online order, then was notified that it was canceled when I entered the store to pick up the order.
I was about to reorder the same thing in person when I was told that I couldn’t because they denied all coupons.
In addition to this, they had no fresh vegetables at all, possibly due to Helene, but other restaurants in Warner Robins had plentiful fresh vegetables on offer.
The people behind the bar were also very rude when I said I had an online order and wanted to use a coupon.

The entire store was very clean, not one thing was dirty or out of place. Behind the counter was also very clean and ingredients looked fresh. The lady making my sandwich was very nice and made small talk with us while she prepared our order. Definitely making this my go to subway because it’s the cleanest and friendliest in the area by far. There are two subways closer to me than this one but I don’t care, I will travel a few minutes extra just to come here.

Was overcharge, when I questioned why I was charge for a cookie when I did not purchased one. Owner stated it was for the bowl my salad came in. My husband turkey meat is spoiled. This restaurant needs to be shut down.

This was on June 21, 2023 in the PM. After a very long day, and exhausted from driving, it ended with the very best experience that I truly needed. It’s not about the food, which was great. It was about the two young ladies who not only worked hard to create the order, they created an atmosphere that completely relaxed me. They were kind, considerate, thoughtful, and very polite. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail on our order. This is my Subway from now on. Thank you ladies!

Welp another subway falls into my do not return to list. If you send me coupons and you are the closest store to my house and refuse to take the coupons is ridiculous. No sign no warning just hand him the coupon when going to pay and says they no longer take them. And absolutely will not work with you.

I asked for a cold cut combo. The person only put baloney on it. They did not have any black olives or banana peppers. The bread was soggy even after he toasted it. I asked for tomatoes (they usually put 4, but there was only 2). This is the worst Subway around.
