The food – omg! So darn good! We couldn’t stay away after the first experience so we have had many different offerings at all hours of the day! It’s truly to die for! Order came out quickly and perfectly. I’m picky and they complied with every request. Just WOW!
The service – it didn’t matter who served us, each one of the 4 servers we had was just phenomenal!! They are so diligent and such amazingly hard workers! I believe they all checked in on every table several times in their section to ensure everything turned out well! It also is not common to see the owner of the restaurant there and greeting all tables, and his kindness is out of this world. If you go here, I guarantee you will return! Please bring this to Cincinnati! And include at least a few of the servers!
I had the Grecian Platter and found it was a LOT of food for the money. I did my best to finish it off too! Very Good.
The Onion Soup was a very nice dish , and it comes with the Platter.
Restaurant was clean, people were quite friendly. Even the locals. Nice Stop.
I commend the owners. Very nice place.
Thanks Alyssa!
There is only one complaint I’ll ever have about this place, and that’s they stopped being open 24/7 being night shift I wish I could stop in at 2 in the morning and get a cup of coffee and a gyro. Maybe in the future that will go back but for now it is one of the few places I’ll get up for and go to eat.
Inedible: Athenian pork dinner
Edible: Salt, pepper, basic coffee, Diet coke, water, baked potato, and near raw broccoli 2.99, and the cucumber on the salad.
I was upcharged because my wax beans and carrots that came with the meal were days old and tasted horribly very off.
The soup and salad that came with the meal to start, told the whole story from the beginning to the end. The soup was tasty as ” Italian wedding ” soup goes, but the orzo was so overcooked to mush. The tiny meatballs I have no words.
The house salads were basically not turning, so it was edible.
The server was nice, but she said she was new and could not answer any questions we had. So if we wanted to eat after a 10 hour drive, we had to just wing it.
We chose this restaurant because a friend in our state mentioned it to us. With tip, tax, and drinks the bill was $61 and change! That was crazy expensive for old, sub par, unhealthy food.
Our friend owes us a meal when we return home in another 9 hours!
Update: We ended up leaving the restaurant without the check and gave them the cash we were told was the amount. After reading more reviews I realized we most likely got overcharged for some random things since we only ordered about $50 worth of food (that’s calculated with tax) and we paid $77.
