They had no chili and no strawberry topping for the frosties and chicken nuggets were dried out and cold. The one girl was trying to fill the frosty machine with the bag of milk and made a huge mess it was going everywhere in the floor, on the machine, and on her. She didn’t even try to dry her hands or arms off. Grabs the frosty and hands it to us with milk dripping off her hand and arm.

I don’t know what has happened in the past year or two but they won’t be getting another penny from me for quite a while. A few weeks ago I stopped to get a drink. A large Diet Coke. At first glance it looked good. I popped the straw in and boom. Nasty soda water. I call and tell the manager. ♀️ she didn’t care. I get on fb and, come to find out, this is an ongoing issue many people have complained about on the greeneville food page because someone left a review saying the same thing happened to them. Today I got a Dave’s burger. One tiny sliver of an onion halfway on the back side of the burger. 2 pickles STACKED on top of each other on the edge of the burger and very, dry, old patties that have obviously been sitting out for a while. I just cannot keep throwing money away at this place. The Asheville highway one isn’t any better though. I used to drive to this one instead of them but I guess I’ll drive to Jonesborough from now on. Do better guys. People work too hard for their money to be getting stuff like this.

I’d like the first start with the fries were cold when received. I in turn asked If I might have fresh fries hot. The older Bald Black Gentleman whose name was Troy, Let me know that he had some fresh fries on the way up! He then served me out in a dining area with a smile and was such a pleasure to talk to. We need more Troy’s in this world❤️.

About an hour wait this evening, but overall fantastic service.
They were cleaning the place at 6:30pm and had the dining room closed. The line was out to the road. I could tell the employees were frustrated and stressed, but I don’t blame them at all. There was a lot going on.. but they were friendly AND my order was 100% accurate. Kudos to these people working here.

The Drive through is open only . The $5 baggies are ok I liked the nuggets , fries but the hamburger not so much. The drink was flat soda . They were fast with our orders. Free Parking. The Employees were super friendly and nice.

Wendy’s breakfast food by design just doesn’t taste like good. The person at the window didn’t seem like they were real thrilled to be at work then again I can’t really blame them. This particular location is a little older. The one in Johnson City or on the way to Johnson City is definitely brand new and nicer. The biscuits aren’t very good, but the potatoes aren’t too bad.
