The best thing about the place is it is brand new. So it’s very nice inside.
Unfortunately the food isnt any good and both times I’ve been here, the order was wrong, cold, or both.
This time I ordered the double whopper with cheese with no pickles and an order of the new cheesy tots.
The tots were dry and didn’t taste anything like a total tot. I will not get those again.
The whopper they gave me what a single and had pickles.
The meat patty was not hot, it didn’t even melt the cheese.
It was an awful meal. I just ate what I could and had to get back to work.
The counter service lady was very nice though.

Without a doubt the least organized fast food place I’ve ever been to. It took 5 minutes to order, as the counter person disappeared, and No one stepped up. Another 10 minutes for the food. And, of course, it was cold.
After finishing the lunch, I went to the restroom to wash up. Suffice it to say it was a horror show. Looks as though it hadn’t be attended to in days.

The manager is an absolute clown. We pulled in, placed our order. Paid at payment window. Pulled to the next, the poor young girl was clueless? Where are their order screens? We told her our drinks & she said “I know there is nowhere to go but please find somewhere my manager is going to scream at me” “she’s rude someone just through food at me because of her” 20 minutes later my husband walks inside. Gets our order. It’s missing the jalapeño bites and every single sandwich has no cheese. One of them is the “steak house” whopper. The manager has the audacity to scream and yell at employees and customers. She clearly can not handle her position & needs to be terminated.

Used the drive up, the service was fine.
Two whoppers and two fries. None of it hot. Burger condiments poorly put together. The onion sliced too thick to nest.
They did ask if we wanted ketchup and indeed it was put in the bag!

Bad from start to finish. Most disgusting meal I’ve had in a while. Ordered at the drive thru. Wanted almost 10 minutes to get to the “pay” window. That person had no idea what our order was. Had to go through it again. Watched the vehicle in front of get hand food and send it back. Waited almost another 10 minutes. When we finally got to the “food” window the person asked what we ordered. Took a while to find it. The person kept walking away from the window for a bit and then come back, no communication about our order. Probably should have just left. The onion rings and fries were not cooked, very greasy, mushy and cold. The burgers were old and soggy. Waste of our hard earned $40. Will not be returning to this Burger King

Customer Service is tremendously horrible! The workers always seem to be a bit confused or lost at orders, The food quality is always low vibration. The workers uniforms are not properly maintained and not well properly worn correctly and professional as it should be. And oh you will be waiting on your food for over approximately 10 minutes

When asked for everything to be fresh it doesn’t mean to give the customer shit that’s been sitting there . The two young fellas Workong was to busy going in and out the back door. The young lady that took my order I asked for my chicken fried to be fresh, chicken nuggets and fries and cheese sticks to be fresh and I sat there and watch her grab it from where they put the food under the heat . Chicken fries are so cold and dry you can even eat them. Tried to give them to the dog and he won’t even them.

Their employees are slower than molasses during freezing weather. I’ve been here twice, first time ordered thru the drive thru and sat there for 25 minutes before I got my food. This time, I placed a mobile pickup order to pick up in the drive thru. Pull up, get our drinks, they tell us to park in the front and they would bring our food. So, we did. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. 30 minutes had passed waiting for our food, but it never came. Walked in to check on our order.. it’s just sitting under the heat lamp. Lord only knows how long it sat there. Lazy workers, lazy food preparation. Over all just lazy. If you order pick up, wait 15-20 minutes before actually going to pick it up.

First time at this new location! Very nice and well-thought-out layout for the drive-thru. Zayquan and his team handled the dinner rush with impressive efficiency and accuracy. Great teamwork and excellent service all around! Food was fresh and ice cream machine was working.

Ugh, I can’t breathe. Between the mildew and no Air Conditioner, this place is gross. A shame for a fast food brand that’s investing in reimagining their image. We ordered drinks and left. Can’t even dine in here.
UPDATE: ITS A WEEK LATER. The AC is working, so we came back and purchased a meal. The place is still dirty and staff are not welcoming or service oriented. Everything is precooked, not made to order. Impossible Whopper was cool, not hot. Veggies were fresh! Fries were cool. Mozzarella sticks were cool. Just less than warm. Sorry, but a heat lamp doesn’t equal cooked to order.
At least come out and clean the place when there are no orders to fill!
UPDATE 2: (July 5, 2022) Went back for a quick burger. We were met at the door by the same rude cashier who greeted us in a grumpy tone, “You can’t come in here today! When it rain outside our building leaks inside, so we’re drive thru only!” We were on bikes, so it was bad for us. We were coming to avoid the thunderstorm and grab a meal, but she sent us out into the rain.
