Tried the new chicken wrap. Wrap was cold, chicken didn’t look like advertised sandwich. The chicken was fresh from fryer. Hardly any honey mustard. Defintely won’t waste my money on this sandwich again.

The manager on duty on 7-28 in afternoon refused to substitute fries for onion rings with store coupon. Really? Every BK has always allowed me to do so without question, including Orlando stores. She says they go by the rules and coupon states no substitution. This manager must be on CRACK! No wonder they have no customers each time I’ve been there. Never keep same employees, must be boredom from no customers. Downtown Burger King (S. Washington Ave.) is the scum store. Service is lousy, employees too lazy to make fresh fries, unless you ask.

Really didn’t want to go here since I’ve had bad service experiences before but figured I would see if I got unlucky last time. I can safely say this is the worst fastfood service I’ve had. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I know it can be hard managing customers, especially when they are unnecessarily rude to you. Because I’ve experienced many of the hardships there are within the customer service industry, I like to be as kind and courteous with associates as possible. So this experience was no different. I was as kind and straightforward as possible. On this specific occasion I was using a coupon and mistakenly didn’t announce I had it for the meal I was getting until I went to the window. I let the associate know, and she immediately scolded me on how I NEEDED to announce that before coming to the window, and that she didn’t need to honor it all while giving me as much attitude as possible. Look I realize I should have let her know prior, my bad. But it isn’t but a few buttons to go in the system and put the coupon in. Is it really worth calling me out for and scolding me. Not only was her behavior unprofessional, but it was a very poor representation of the company. I shouldn’t have to feel like a child whos getting reprimanded by his parents at a burger king. Even while handing me my items she avoided eye contact and just gave them to me with an apathetic “here”. Not dissimilar from Burger King as a whole, their food items losing quality and it seems their employees along with it.

So we haven’t tried Burger King here, it’s been years since we’ve had it. My son sings the jingle all the time and since he just graduated I decided let’s go try it again and wow, big mistake. We actually wanted to try a bunch of things. My favorite was always their original chicken sandwich. It was awful. It was cold and I did have to special order it. I only wanted mayo and cheese. Then we tried a whopper, a double cheeseburger burger, chicken fries and a chicken sandwich. All were cold and rubbery. The cashier taking our order was on her phone as well as eating fries as she took our order. I actually didn’t care because she did get our order correct but all items were cold and so beyond sloppy. The cheese on the chicken sandwich was outside of the sandwich and on the burger it was the smallest piece of cheese I’ve seen. I guess I’ll stick to McDonald’s on 46 they actually care how their food comes out and they are much more professional. Perhaps choose a different Burger King but this one is bad. The staff in the back were tossing things as they were grabbing food. I think this location is just a playground where you get paid. Just my opinion.

This place is run into the ground and dirty. First thing the drive through menu board is broke and in pieces so I couldn’t see the entire menu and had to go inside to actually place my order. Second the inside is dirty, bathrooms etc. Third my breakfast totts I could tell had been hanging in a basket and dropped for a second time just to heat up for my order and they were so greasy from doing this as well as stale. The employees have not personality and are rude as they have been several occasions I’ve been to this location. Burger King…do better, it’s probably past time for you to donan inspection of this location and its conditions.
