The drive thru service was extremely rude. She continuously interrupted, completely rushed our order. The order was then taken over by another really nice staff member who completed the order. The cashier was sweet and so was the other staff member who gave us our food order. The order was not entirely correct, it was okay, steak burritos were salty. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this place. Not worth it.

Good food but today there seems to be someone new at the window that is very rushy and rude. When I was ordering at the drive thru menu I asked for 5 tacos and he didnt even ask me which meat I wanted on them, I got up to the window and he ignored me when I asked him how his day was then took my money and was touching his face all over. I really don’t wanna come back and have him at the window again he was that bad at his job he makes me not even wanna order through you guys anymore, but I will cause of the fantastic food

Awful customer service. I noticed that my order was incomplete and called them immediately. They said they can give me a refund or I can go back and get the rest of my food and a free soda for the inconvenience. I told the lady that instead of soda I’d like to have a horchata and she agreed. When I got there I got the food and the lady on the window told me that her manager didn’t authorize the exchange of the drink (really!). I told her that it wasn’t my fault that they forgot to put my whole order and that I had to spend money and time because of their mistake and they refused to give me what I asked for i told them they can keep their soda. They’re so rude and cheap, no customer service skills. Won’t came back.

Poor service, had to wait to take an order even though the place was empty because everyone was on their phone. Ordered 2 carne asad fries and both we served so poorly I was shocked. 1/4 of the size of carne asada fries you’d order from filibertos. All the cooks on their phones as well. Help yourself and don’t even bother coming to this poor establishment.

Be aware of the service and lack of respect. The cashier taking the order could not hear our order. Requesting us to finish taking our order at the window and acted as though our English wasn’t spoken to be understood. As we’re bilingual my husband clarified asking if she didn’t hear him. She replied, no your truck is loud over the speaker. (Mind you, we have a new truck which is not noisy)Then she proceeded to say if your going to be rude i don’t have to serve you. Apparently, the restaurant cashier is perceiving she is right and cannot be redirected when inappropriate, and took her role as a rude cashier losing our business. Ignorance and disrespect shouldn’t be tolerated from anyone.

Ordered the 2 taco combo, got home, and 1 of the tacos did not have meat in the center, the beans and rice were cold and the bean and cheese burrito was cold. I live 2 mins from this place. There was no way that food would go cold that quickly. I asked for extra hot sauce, and was ignored. I would rather drive the extra time and have Filibertos!

The food here is terrible. I ordered a breakfast Burrito. One of the worst chorrizo and egg burritos of all time. My wife ordered a taquito plate which was not appetizing and tasteful. Avoid this place find another Mexican food joint down the road. Waste of money!
