I normally get a spicy chicken sandwich combo, but this time I wanted to revisit one of my favorites from the 90’s. A Wendy’s double with cheese hold pickles. The burger seemed flatter. Lettuce was definitely wilted and the onions were soft. Maybe just a bad order out of the many made right that day. But the staff was friendly, so I won’t hold it against them.

So went in to buy food. Cashiers doing work and I wait and wait. So I turn around to go to self check out. The guy behind me she stopped working for and took his order. That made me feel like my money was worth less.

We had to stop into Wendy’s on our way home from Nashville. I’m loving my chocolate frosty. My husband had the Number 1. He loved it! It was very fresh and good.
We came back again today! The ladies that waited on us were so nice! Thank you, the food and frosties were great!

My wife & I used to really like Wendy’s but I don’t know what they’re doing but the food, especially the burgers has dramatically changed. The last time we got food from there, my wife got sick at her stomach. It’s just not the same & the employees just ignore you.

This is the slowest Wendy’s in America. Fires are also rarely fresh. Always use the app to order….STILL always have to wait at least ten minutes in the drive thru. Super unprofessional at the window. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!

This is the WORST fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. This is the third time in a row I’ve put in a mobile order, waited 6+ minutes at the speaker, told i was checked in and to come to the window, only to be told they couldn’t make multiple parts of my order. Why don’t you say something before you check me in? Infuriating. They offer no solutions each time and just blame managers and corporate. This is 3/3 times this has happened and all i get are blank stares and excuses. No refund. Last week when this happened they claimed they were out of: nuggets, ranch, sprite, fries, and baked potatoes. I get charged despite leaving with 1/5 items. What i did manage to leave with was ice cold and incorrect. They just say to “call the app.” What does that even mean? Ridiculous. Also, they make everyone pull up in front of the window so corporate won’t know how insanely long the ticket times actually are. It is absolutely not “policy” for everyone to pull away from the window and wait 10 minutes for a biggie bag. I’ve confirmed this with corporate Wendy’s office. Don’t pull forward. Maybe upper management will see what a mess this location is.

The worst service! Ordered thru the app, paid for the order, got to restaurant, no order, had to reorder and pay for order a second time, and the food sucked. Bacon cheeseburger with half a slice of bacon and no drink. This manager needs to be replaced. Poor quality and service. Cheapest bacon cheeseburger in Dickson.
